I'm not sure what the most popular way is to fix short luteal phases but I know I've read several different places where they are fixable and a doc could help you. One was to take the vitamin B6, 200mg daily during the whole cycle. I'm sure Clomid helps extend it also but I can't say for sure but it's supposed to be easily fixable somehow but your doc should be able to tell you what to do. They won't tell you about the B6 though or about any herbs you can take. I just got that info from other posters who were successful in increasing theirs.
THEY CAN? What has to be done to correct? You just made me feel so much better
So sorry about AF. One thing I do know is that short luteal phases can easily be corrected. So good luck!!
I'm sorry. Yes that is definitely a short leutal phase. I'd watch next month and if is short again schedule a dr appt. Hopefully, it was a one time thing.
I am sorry to hear about the AF, and I do not know how but I also am sure that short luteal phases are fixable..... you definatly need to talk to your doctor....
