Immune Testing

My husband I have have been ttc for eight years now.  We have just recently had our seventh loss.

2001:  1st pregnancy w/ clomid - Ectopic at eight weeks (lost left Fallopian tube)
2003:  1st IUI - chemical pregnancy
2004:  1st IVF - miscarried five weeks
2005:  1st FET - miscarried six weeks
2007:  preparing for IUI w/ clomid - became pregnant on our own - Ectopic - treated with Methotrexate
2007:  three months after ectopic - became pregnant on our own again - Ectopic - treated with Methotrexate
2008:  2nd FET - miscarried four weeks

My Reproductive Endocrinologists had me on IM Progesterone, Progesterone Suppositories, Lovenox, baby aspirin and a shot of hcg twice a week for my last FET.  This is his protocol for my fertility treatment having never tested for immune issues.  I have never had any immune testing done.   I am now 40 years old.

My husband and I would like to try another fresh cycle of IVF but we think we should have Immune Testing performed first.  Can you please tell me what all is involved with immune testing (what test are performed) and how long this process takes?

Thank you for your time.

hi my husband and i have been 2 gether now for 15 years after not getting pregnant for the first 8 years we decided to have some studies done first of all we have had cervical cancer removed then his sperm was tested low and slow (typical male) any ways we went to see a fertility specialist did 5 failed ivf attempts finally on our 6th try we did pgd testing (genetic testing) on embryos come to find out hubby has a trans location of 2 genes this is why embryos would not implant they were genetically abnormal any way our 6th attempt after all this finnally worked preg with tripplet but we lost at 5 mos. due to the cervix having to be removed went on did # 7 a frozen cycle and did not work so now here comes # 8 bingo new dr. fresh cycle pgd testing and we have a beutiful 2.5 yr old now we did #9 no good eggs and i am on day 7 of post transfer day5transfer and hopefully it works  but it does not hurt to have the genetic testing done some insurances will pay others dont can be 1000to 4000$ but any way gl with all
