Implantation bleeding?

Hi, I'm a 28 years old women, and I've been trying to conceive for 1 year and 6 months. All my exams are good and also my husband's. So the Doctor said that we just have to wait because nothing is wrong with us. Yesterday (7 days after ovulation), after having sex with my husband I went to the toilet to pee y I noticed that a very tiny dark red tissue was in the toilet bowl and when I cleaned myself the toilet paper went light pink color. Is the first time that this ever happened to me. Today everything is normal and neither yesterday or today I didn't felt any kind of pain. I just want to know if this could be an early miscarriage or an implantation bleeding
I have read on different sites that is not normal to see clots in implantation bleeding. Although it was small and only one.
Is there any other medical explanation for this spotting? I don't want to have unreal expectation about being pregnant. Could be due to sex?. I want to make clear that this is the first time it happens to me, and we have been having sex for 10 years with my husband.

I'm not taking any fertility med and I don't have cyst. I will do a HPT this weekend, so I keep you posted

well as far as I was told, these are eggs that dont rapture and arnt flushed away when u get ur period, it stays for about 4 - 12 weeks depending on ur body and what medication ur taking. some fertility meds (i.e Clomid, Gonal f etc..) might give them a boost if ur prone to having cysts(i.e, PCOs patient)

its symptoms vary according to its size so it might not b noticeable if the cyst is small.
sometimes it causes abdominal pain in the ovary that its on and messes up ur cycles in many instances but doctors dont normally operate on them unless they become huge for ur body to take it not sure how many cms but had one up to 2cm n then dissolved on its own.

its might b implantation bleeding or a folic cyst that was left off from ur last period. ...u never no u might b pregnant too ..
