Implantation spotting?

10 DPO AND HAD LIGHT PINK CM THIS MORNING ONLY ONCE WHEN I WIPED. COULD IT BE IMPLANTATION BLEEDING? CRAMPY, sore breasts (not reaaly bad), and tired. Took Clomid this cycle and in the past and this has never happened before. Cramps feel similar to PMS but not the same. Any ideas?

I hear implantation bleeding is brown, but who knows.  I have never had implantation bleeding.  Good luck!!  SSBD!
