Improving CM - Advice please.

We've been TTC since 09.2009 and I think my CM is the problem. I'm thinking of using cough medicine to try and make it better for the little swimmers this month. I found the ADSA chesty cough one has Guarfesinin in or whatever it's called. I did hear the boots one is good but they always ask you questions about ur cough which i wanted to avoid, as i don't have one.lol

Anyway i've got some...when should i start taking it and how much should i take.

I'm also using EPO since about day 6 1500mg working upto 3000mg

Any other ideas? I'd be happy to know.

Both EPO and guaifenesis can help with CM, just make sure you use cough medicine where guaifenesin is the only ingredient (like plain Robitussin), as some of the other ones contain ingredients that could be harmful in early pregnancy. You would take it for a few days leading up to ovulation. Good luck this month!

thanks...i'll try it and see. i think the guaifenesin is the only active ingedient in this one. it's got other stuff like glucose..i'll let you know if it works.

Well a few ladies on the pregnancy forum and on here have been raving about a herb called MACA, ((the TMI bit!!)) iv always had very thick creamy CM and i ordered MACA off ebay it arrived about CD4 (im now on CD15) and i feel it really has helped me, CM is no longer thick, lots more energy and increased sex drive i feel its helping balance my hormones. I take 500mg am and 500mg pm i got the capsule form as i heard the powder tastes nasty LOLz, I got mine off ebay was only about £6 inc delivery for 60 im taking mine for the whole month but some ladies just take it up to ovulation.
