on my body, especially the abdomen) to get it out of my system. I don't know why I didn't think twice about the consequence....Now I'm just so worry that I may have caused the implantion to not take place. I read on line that you need to avoid any straneous bowel movements. Can anyone please help?
This is one of those things where I don't think anyone really knows. I know my Dr says don't do anything that will cause your abdominal muscles to contract, but some doctors don't say anything but come back in two weeks for a pregnancy test. Most things that are recommended are precautionary, not absolute. I recently read an article that said if an embryo
is going to implant there isn't much you can do about it and if it isn't going to implant then the same thing. I wouldn't worry about it. I am sure plently of women doing this the good old fashion way have "pushed" and become pregnant just fine. I can tell you from my own experiences that after egg retrieval I felt so constipated, but I think it was more the bloating from the stimulation and surgery than constipation.
