Insurance in Ohio

Are there any insurance companies in Ohio that actually let you take out infertility insurance that will pay for IVF?

I am an insurance broker in OH for medical benefits and No there is not a company that will let you purchase this type of insurance for an individual.  Some employers offer this in their medical insurance, but you have to work for the company to get the benefit.

The only solution I can offer is by investigating certain RE's that have a shared risk program that you pay a flat fee up front (normally $20,000) and that covers up to 3 fresh cycles and 3 frozen cycles.
