Is IVF only hope for unexplained infertility?

Hi, we have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. We did 4 clomid 50mg cycles and IVF which did not work. After IVF failed I am feeling very bad and my opinion about hyped IVF is changing. I am feeling more and more that we should get pregnant naturally.
I was wondering if there is anyone out there who conceived naturally after diagnosed as unexplained. How long does it take to conceive naturally?
Both of us are healthy and nothing wrong in our tests. We do want to have a baby of our own. So please give me any useful suggestions.
Thanks

I am a HypnoFertility and HypnoBirthing practitioner and have seen many couples fall pregnant naturally after undertaking treatment. 'Unexplained' is a frustrating diagnosis but don't loose hope - the body is an amazing thing and the sole intention of the reproductive system is to reproduce!

I think it depends on your age. If you're under 35, you have time to try to conceive naturally. If you are over 35, especially if you are close to 40--like me --I'd say be more aggressive.
After being diagnosed w/ unexplained infertility I did get pregnant in Jan (at age 39) naturally --w/ no meds, no iui, etc.  We used an OPK and had sex the morning before I got the positive result, the day I got the positive result and the night after. Unfortunately I miscarried at 8 weeks, and now we are moving to ivf, after failed iuis.  I don't have more time to try naturally, unfortunately

I've been diagnosed as "unexplained infertility" and have been able to conceive.   It took me forever years in between getting pregnant however the past 2 years we've been able to get pregnant 3 times taking about 6 months each time.  Each has resulted in m/c however we are sure one day  a good egg will be there and one will actually go to term.

We both have had multiple test ran and everything has came back as we are both very healthy.

We were told our problem was most likely due to timing issues.  Are you using OPK's and when you did the clomid did they have you do the ultrasounds and HCG shot?   My dr put me on 100mg right away clomid.  I didn't respond very well to the first cycle but this is our second cycle and I went from 13 total follicles to 31 this month.
