Is Polyp a cause of infertility????

Hello everyone..can someone help me plzz... I have been trying to concieve (conceive) for last 9months. I met a Gynec recently and she made all harmone tests including (TSHPituitary and tshTsh,FSH,Progestrone,Prolactin.. ) and confirmed that everyting is normal.
then later she suggested me for ultrasound scan of uterus and hysterosalpingogram. she confirmed that i have a
polyp of size(1.4cm/0.48cm) and suggested me for Hysteroscopy.

I am planning for Hysteroscopy next month. I am just afraid if i will concieve (conceive) or not even after removing the polyp.
can removal of polyp increase the chances of getting pregnant?
does it increase the pregnancy rate?
will i concieve (conceive) after removing the polyp?
Is there anyone who have removed a polyp and got concieved with in 3-6months?
Please let me know.. i just need your suggesions.
