Is This A Good Sign

I am 6po and have had a couple symptoms that I havent never experienced some of these: Headaches off n on, vivid dreams, some spotting when I wiped yesterday and 2day, and some mild cramping like pains in my pelvis actually my right ovary feels sore. Any help would be appreciated

Not sure about the headaches or dreams, but the cramping could be a good sign. I've had that all three times I got pregnant. Also, the spotting could be implantation spotting. Fingers crossed!
