Is it a possibility that Im pregnant or miscarried

I'm 32 yrs. Old with 5 children. I had a tubal ligation with my last c-section 4 years ago. I was diagnosed with endometriosis after that. I hardly see my doctors since always with my kids. But I have been getting worse this past month; breast seem to have grown slightly fuller and sore, gained some weight and feeling movement on my lower left side does not feel like gas. I have my menstrual for three days but with clots not the usual. I also have back pain and sleeping more during the day. Im not so convinced with myself to go to the doctor like right now I rather wait my two week appointment with doc but I'm not sure if I should go to the emergency if it sounds like an ectopic pregnancy please help!!!
