Is it common to O sooner after early M/C?

I was wondering if anyone here O'd sooner after having an early M/C? How common is is it to O sooner?  If you did, How many days earlier?
I had a very very early M/C this month .. I got a positive HPT on DPO 8 & 9(or 10-11) and I was only 9 or11 DPO when I stated bleeding. (sorry am not sure if I O'd on CD 20 or 22)
I have been having EWCM & O pains for the last 3 days. Today I am only CD 10 and it is very odd for me to be having these O signs so early.
Don't know if this matters, but this is my 3rd cycle on clomid. I took the 50mg cd 3-7.

Since it was so early, the Hcg would leave your system pretty quicly. Clomid may help o be a little sooner, too. It did for me. I know others that it delayed, but it did make me earlier. It could be a precursor for o. I o'd on cd12 one cycle on Clomid.
