Is it possible....

I have endometriosis..have had laproscopy and D&C for endo 5 years ago...I am 35 and I have a 15 yr old daughter by C-section due to fetal distress...my husband and I are trying again...we got pregnant while I was on birth control 10 months ago...I had a miscarriage at 13 weeks....we waited until 2 months ago to try again...I was told 5 years ago after my laproscopy that I should be able to get pregnant, that I had no scar tissue from endo on any of my reproductive organs...they removed all scar tissue except what I have on my intestines....so my question is - is it still possible for me, are there any natural products that will enhance my chances, or should we count it as too late or should we check into expensive fertility doctors ??
