Is it too early to tell?

I am 21 yrs old and i have 2 children ages 2 and 4. i have been ttc since oct. 2011 . i usually start on the 4th of every month and i still havnt started this month, i took some equate brand pregnancy tests but they were negative, was wondering how likely it is that i could be pregnant?

Missed period is the most important sign of pregnancy. You can confirm pregnancy by pregnancy test kit with morning urine or with blood serum pregnancy test. These tests detect HCG hormone in body which appears only when a woman is pregnant.
