July babies'09 from the October BFP girls
Here is our new thread ladies, let's keep it rolling. So far almost everyone has a first ultrasound except:
Dreamgirl, Aweeonetolove, and me Eternidad.
If I am missing someone please let us know so we post it.
To all of you ladies congratulations again in getting a BFP and for getting good news on your Ultrasounds, hopefully the rest of us can follow all your footsteps.

Zuz- Good luck for your u/s tomorrow. Its nice you are still seeing you RE. Ask as many questions you can. Best thing is to make a note of what you want to ask. You said you stopped all the medications last week, did you stop taking progesterone too??
Dreamgirl-My OB mentioned about the screening test as well. But its totally up to us to go for it or not. If it is a blood test its alright, but sometimes the result may vary and that might cause unnecessary tensions. If you feel you require it go for it.
Anya- How are you feeling? You get to hear from your doctor tomorrow right?
Eternidad- How are you doing? Looks like you are working three days..:) You are not posting.
aweeonetolove- How are you doing? I hope you are feeling better. How is your cat doing? I put pictures of my cat in my profile..

Hi girls,
I just had an u/s done yesterday with a technician and not an actual OB appointment...tomorrow is my OB appt where I will see my OB for the first time..I will see how it iwll go and if she can accomodate my needs properly and go from there...if that's something I can live with, then I will stay with her. I just need her to be there when I need her and hopefully she will tell me everything!
I hope my hematoma and a cyst goes away slowly...
I have not gained ANY pound but I have a stomach bump already and its hard :)
My nausia is gone and I eat a lot...my bbs are pretty sore again but that's about it...
I am spotting on and off , very very light...

Hi! How are you all!?! I'm so exhausted. Had a looong day and am not feeling so hot due to having too much Ben and Jerrys Phish Food...mmmm!!! I knew it was going to end up hurting so I don't know why I kept on eating it!!!!!!!!!!! :( I am still seeing my RE. I have my 10 week u/s and bloodwork scheduled for tomorrow morning. They stopped all my meds last week, which was awesome. I was on hormonal overload! We found a new OB we liked and met with him last week. I was happy about that too! So, so far so good, thank God!
dream_girl: I was asked if I wanted that test too. I think they have to ask by law now? We chose to refuse it since it has such a high chance of being wrong and they only option is to terminate your pregnancy if positive or freak out for 5 months and pray that the results were wrong. My husband and I agreed on the spot that its not worth the stress! But thats just us. :o) I'm glad you're feeling better too!
Anya: HI!!! :) I think if you're not comfortable with your doctor, you should look for a new one! You should feel cared for at your new practice and your doctor should be more communicative! They should be meeting your needs starting now. After all, its just the beginning and you should feel supported.
Maria: I'm so glad that you saw your baby!! And its SO awesome that you like your new doc! I really think that its important. I'm sorry about the cysts. That *****! I hope it is not causing too much discomfort
aweeonetolove: So glad all is going well! Don't squash the rumors! Shout it to the world! LOL! :)
eternidad: I have a little bump too! I've been using a rubberband loop thing rather than my buttons on my jeans!! Yoga pants have been my favorite! It's comforting, though. Can't wait for the next three weeks to pass without incident!
Please pray that all goes well with my u/s tomorrow!! I'll continue my prayers for you all as well!

OH.I gained 10 pounds in one week. I was shocked when I saw number on the scale. Have any of you gained a lot weight like me?

Maria- i hear you when you say to be worried about your baby, I think that sometimes the doppler does pick up the heartbeat as well as the u/s. I think is going to be o.k please keep up your faith we are with you in this.
Anya- Nice to hear you got your OB app and everything went well, what a drag that your doc did not address your hemoatoma, what are her plans then, when is your u/snext.
dreamgirl- so you have been vomiting oh, feel your pain, I haven't vomited yet but sometimes feel pretty sick and is just awful.
aweeonetolove- is so exciting to fee the bump of your little one, I do feel it all the time, kind of hard and rounded, the doc says is my uterus and baby, so ecited, my belly is growin too, I am just in awe never had a belly before so to look at myself in the mirrow makes me very hapy.
ZUZ- hope your appetite gets better mine comes and goes

I have good news for you all. I just got back from the u/s. Saw the little one's heart beat but could not get to hear it though. I am fine just by seeing it. Heart rate was 174 BPM. The technician said that was wonderful and she said baby had grown properly. When technician was doing the u/s my OB came in to monitor. That was very nice of him. I think I like this doctor.
Girls! Thank you so much for all your support and comforting words. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have you all to back me up.
During the u/s she measured the ovaries and the enlarged cysts. Left side seemed ok. Right one was enlarged and had huge cysts..I guess the pain I am going through is because of that. I have to go back in three weeks for OB appointment and in 5 weeks for u/s.
Anya- If you are not happy with the OB, just go ahead and change. I had taken appointment at three OB's. I canceled one as I didn't like their practice as there were four doctors. I still have an appointment at a different OB on 23rd. I think I will cancel that. I was thinking I will just go for one appointment and then decide between the two. But I feel the OB I am seeing now is good.
