Karotype 47,XY,+mar[20] in all cells examined

My wife has experienced 2 miscarriages .. we dont have any problems in concieving . The first one was a molar pregnancy , the second one had a heartbeat but spontaneously aborted in 12th week with the gestational age of 10 weeks 6 days . We had cytogenetic tests performed . My wife has 46,XX. My Karotype is 47,XY,+mar[20] in all cells examined , Theres is a marker chromosome present in all cells. i need to know what i can do about this . Should i repeat my tests ? Is there any treatment , like IVF,PGD etc .

The best thing to do would be discuss it with a genetic counselor. I am familiar with karyotyping, as I had it done myself. But, am unfamiliar with your results. Genetic counseling would be the best place to start. Good luck to you. I hope IVF is an answer for you.
