hi ladies, well i created a new thread so it would not be as long. I am going to post a little blog in the other one to say that i started this one. the last one was getting very lengthy so 3rd time is a charm, lots of BFP's on this one:)
what the ****??? i checked my cm again today just 'cause, and you know what i find? eggwhite. AGAIN. not only that, but cervix was OPEN! i've NEVER felt it open. this better be it, d a m n it! i've read that anovulatory cycles can have all this crazy stuff happen, too, because i could be releasing enough estrogen
to play tricks with my fertile signs. i had better see a temp rise tomorrow. i'm sick of my body being stupid, lol. i know you girls have got to relate on that one. *sigh* i'm sorry i'm going on and on. i'm really self-centered right now. i hope everyone else is less irritable than i am right now. :D
Leighanne- Congrats on making it to 13 weeks! Just wait until you feel that baby move, it's amazing! :)
Not too much going on here, just hangin' out in the 2ww! Thank you all for the warm welcome back! Your all too sweet! :) I made an appointment to go and get my progesterone checked because I was scared I didn't ovulate, but it just happened so late this time, and I can clearly see on my bbt chart that I did ovulate on CD 23 when usually it's CD 16 or 18 at the latest. So, do you all think I should still go and get it checked? I also have progesterone suppositories left, and I was going to take them after ovulation, but I think i'll just wait until I get my +ve, if it ever happens again!!!! Ok, so where is everyone at right now in their cycle?
Candie- I'm sooo sorry af showed! Hopefully the fertilaid will do the trick for you this month!!!! I've looked into taking that so many times, but then I just resorted to the clomid. I'll keep my fingers
crossed for ya! :)
Stacey- I sent you a note, but your pic of your dog is adorable! :) Where are you at in your 2ww? I hope this time is it girl!!!
mommyin09- I agree, seeing another doctor when you don't have to seems silly! But I'm so confused! I thought your ob was going to do 3 rounds of clomid, and then do iui next! I think they should've been doing iui the whole time you were on clomid, because clomid can make your CM very hostile and hard for sperm to swim through. I could tell it affected my CM a little, because now that i'm not taking anything, I started getting ewcm like 6 days before my ovulation. We bd'd the whole time I had ewcm, 1 to 2 times a day, so hopefully they stayed strong and hung out until my egg got there! :) We actually didn't bd the day before ovulation, but I wasn't sure it was ever going to come, and of course it came the next day! But at least I have an idea of when i'll ovulate on a regular cycle, ya know?
Good luck to all in their 2ww! Hopefully Leighanne is right, and this will be our lucky thread!! :)
Vortex - CONGRATS!!!!!!!! I read the other thread and saw the awesome news!! Thank you for bringing such good news to us. I am really really happy for you and dh!!! That is so great!
Leighanne - It sounds like everything is still progressing perfectly for you. Congrats and I love your pics - what a cute little bump you have.
Luvkayln - Welcome back! It's nice to see you on the thread again. You were missed! It sounds like you had some great bd at the right time! I am somewhere in my second week of the tww (I have lost track) but just don't think this is it. I also O'd late this cycle. I believe it was later than I thought - day 23 or 24. So I have just assumed this is not it. I will try our last round of IUI next cycle.
Candie - Sorry about af. She is so annoying. I hope the Fertilaid works for you. I'm glad you are trying something new to get a little extra help.
Mommyin09 - So sorry about af...that does s u c k a lot. So sorry. And it is also too bad that you have to wait a couple of months for an appt. I guess you will probably move to iui?? Enjoy a few months off. It really is good for the mind and body. I have really enjoyed myself this month - maybe a little too much :)
The good news for me, as some of you may have seen, is that dh and I are the proud parents of fur baby Honey! (pic is posted) We have gone through a thorough adoption process with a Golden Retriever rescue organization and the timing was perfect. Honey was "surrendered" by her owner just as we applied and they felt she would be a great fit for us. She is just over 2 years old and was alone for 12 hours a day in an apartment. She is 95lbs and should be 65lbs so we have a lot of work to do to get the weight off. She will definitely keep me from obsessing over ttc since I will be walking her a couple of hours every day!! She is still in foster care and we officially get her next Monday. Yippee!
Stacey: I'm really excited for you ! Honey will bring so much love :)
Luvkayln: My ob only did 3 cycles of clomid. The fertility doctor will most likely do the iui with clomid. My ob doesn't do iui. That's why she's referred me on. I didn't realize clomid makes your cm hostile! Hmmm... Funny how we keep learning. Well, I'm glad I won't get an appt for a little bit 'cause I'm ready to try a few natural cycles. There's really no reason why we're not getting that BFP, so you never know; right?! I'm glad you saw that temp shift & know that you O'd ! Sounds like you covered your bases, too :-)
Leighanne: Congrats ! That's great news :-) I sure hope you are right that third time's a charm !
Candie: We're in the same boat & now we're cycle buddies :)
Arlotheslug: That's great that your appt. went well. Are you gonna cancel your girls weekend ? It would be hard to not drink & not be able to explain why... for me anyway ! :)
unlaced: You may have posted on the other thread, but when does dh return? Sorry your body's not cooperating with his schedule ! That s u c k s, huh!?
just letting you all know that i have found the new thread....but i am going to go to the old one so i can catch up....i got test results back, and there is nothing funky going on....no std's ect
....which i knew there weren't. all it is..is a yeast infection. can you believe that? all of this over a little bit of yeast. they gave me diflucan and told me to use a paste of vaseline and desitin....and i add a bit of vagisil to numb it a bit, cause it is still sore. what the doctor called ulcers are still sore and itchy, hoping that the itch is them healing....still no bding as it is still sore....i am completely out this cycle..lol
Hi ladies, how was the day today? Thank you for all your wishes. I spoke to me RE today and also scheduled my first u/s on 9/3.
Did anyone heard from dnikki and Michelle? Good that everyone is back and we are busy again.
luvkayln:
Welcome back. Your temps definitely confirms the O and all the best for the tww. Thank you for your wishes.
unlaced:
Your temps did drop down. I know that too much stress can cause delays in Oing. One way it is good that you O during DH at home and will pray for you to O before DH takes off. That is a awful lot of time away from him and you better get the BFP and welcome him with a surprise.
Arlotheslug:
How did the injection classes go today? Are you upto speed for tomorrow's shots? All the best.
leighanne:
Congrats on the 13 weeks. Good that you are getting off of progesterone and your dad took it well. It is always good to tell everyone in the family
, so that we can share everything. I am waiting for time to run away to let everybody know. My mom keeps asking me the same question for sometime now and now it is really hard to answer her :).
Candie:
I am sorry to hear that AF showed this cycle. I know it s u c k s. So what is the plan for this cycle. All the best for this cycle and wish you all come and join me and leighanne soon. DH is in bliss infact and I could not catch him. He went to the shop yesterday and bought all organic stuff (including tofu, which I didnt expect) and filled the fridge with healthy veggies and fruits. He hates grocery shopping and usually make me go.
mommyin:
Did you call the RE's office and make the appt. When are you going to go? Initially it took a long time for me to make up my mind and go to an RE. But one way it is good to see and RE and get things checked. During tww there is a long list of food I stopped eating since we went to the RE. He said no restriction, but anything that is know to increase the body's estrogen
levels during tww, I resisted. Sometimes DH gets upset because he could not go to all restaurants and eat. I avoided the puzzle foods in which we dont know the ingredients and also the only meat chicken and there is a long list. I didnot try Robitussin with guaifenesin because my CM was good. So I dont have much idea about it. Wish this will work out for you this cycle.
Mamatina:
How are you?
Stacey:
Welcome back and thank you for the wishes. Honey looks great and cute and wish she gets a playmate soon in 9 months. You are almost at the end of tww and keep my fingers
crossed for you. Definitely honey will make you life more enjoyable.
Joyce:
Wish you to get better soon and continue ttc. Good that it is only yeast infection and nothing serious.
Wishing you all SSBD.

Leighanne: BFP - 13 weeks
babybaw: BFP
vortex: BFP - 4 weeks 2 days and u/s is on 9/3
Babynr: Taking a break.
Candie: CD1
mommyin09: CD2
Michelleinhawaii: C17 and ready for IUI next cycle
joyce: CD17
arlotheslug: CD21 and injection classes 8/18
MamaTina: CD22 and got a follie of 9mm
unlaced: CD17
luvkayln: 4dpo
Stacey: CD30 and 11dpo
dnikki: 15dpiui/15dpo
I had my 4th IUI on Saturday, so I am 2dpiui and I am back in the 2ww. I have been super busy trying to do all the little odds and ends around the house before we put it for sale. I spend the weekend painting doors and washing windows.
unlcaed- you better get to baby dancing, ASAP, let this be the month:)
luvkayln- does the doctor want you to be on progesterone every month after you O until you conceive? i am so happy that yesterday was my last day on those little buggers, i mean almost 13 weeks straight of those was tough. have you ever O'd later than normal in the past?
stacey-thank you. i will post the new baby bump pics soon beause i think there is a big difference now. even my fiance says it is starting to pop straight out from the sides. he thinks it's funny but i think i am looking like a house. and congrats on the dog. i am going to look at her pictures when i am done typing. Oh dogs are so much fun but some breeds are tough. my olde english bulldog is a fresh little boy.
vortex- you will make it to the safe mark so fast. i did not realize how fast 13 weeks went by. i think having you ladies to keep me sane also helped alot too. so do only you and your hubby know right now? i did let my mom know from day one because she is my rock. if anything went wrong, i would have to have her there for me.
michelleinhawaii- thank you. how have you been doing? do you already have another house in mind or did you put bids in for one? i am in a house now but it is not mine, i rent a huge 3 bedroom house on a pond for decent money but the fiance and i are fixing a couple things on our credit reports and should be looking to get into our own home soon, or we were thinking about doing a rent to own on this since the landlord talked about it in the past. i will have to post pics of my view of the pind out back, it is beautiful.
Leighanne - Thanks for starting a new thread! Congrats on the 13 week mark - boy how time flies!
Luvkayln - I'm glad you're back, and thanks for the good wishes! If you are certain you O'd, then you probably wouldn't necessarily need to have your prog tested, but maybe you should just to see the # and then you'd know whether or not you should use the prog supplements next time.
Stacey - I just have to tell you again how adorable your new baby is! We have a yellow lab, so they are similar to the goldens, just a little more wild. :) It's so nice to have that big lug to come home to, especially when you're a little sad. Dog kisses always make me feel better! :) Enjoy your walks together too. We try to get ours out everyday and he loves it! I'm sure Honey will be a part of the family in no time!
mommyin09 - Hello, cycle buddy! :) I hope going natural this time does the trick for you!
Vortex - How exciting that your u/s is only about 2 weeks away. Then you'll have your first official "baby pictures". I understand your worry considering all you've been through, but try to stay positive and I'm sure all of your extra prayers will get you through! That's so sweet that DH is taking care of you already. If anything positive can come out of our TTC struggles, it's definitely that we can all appreciate this special miracle even more. (By the way, I'm cd 5 today if you want to update me on the tracker - thanks!)
Joyce - Glad to hear you are feeling better! Now you can rest easy knowing that it's nothing serious.
Michelle - That's great that you had your IUI already. Seems like you were just recovering from your lap! Hopefully that helped you and you'll be successful soon!
It is so nice to read through the posts and see all the familiar names - it is nice to have everyone back. As for me, I think I am somewhere between the excited/freaking out/its not fair stage - have my first shot tonight. It is a bit crazy on picking the time (has to be the same every evening) that coordinates with my and DH upcoming schedules - his family is in town now! I think I may be over reacting ;-)
Mommyin09: I am still planning on doing the girls night. I have a good friend who is coming who is also TTC - she is going to help me lie and besides, vodka looks clear ;-) BTW - I saw the pics of your floors and they look beautiful!
Michellein Hawaii: Working hard! Good luck with the house sale and the TWW - maybe the sale will be a blessing and to take your mind off of things!
Stacey: Your puppy is so cute. I love golden's - they are vey sweet.
Luvkayln: I tend to agree with Candie. Also, it is nice to have you back.
Leighanne: I meant to say congrats on 13 weeks on my note - Sorry! Congrats again!
unlaced: that ***** that your body is not cooperating. It is so frustrating to try and figure these things out. I will send karma.
well ladies, i finally posted my 13 week baby bump pics. it is ever so expanding and i am getting scared because it is almost not able to be hidden any more and due to my previous MC's i really do not want my work knowing yet, but look at my pics, i can probably only hold out another week before more people start questioning me.
Hi girls! It feels good to be back with all of you! Thanks for the warm welcome back from everyone! :)
Leighanne- I was instructed to take progesterone 2 days after my iui's. I've never had an issure with low progesterone, I think they just told me to take them as a precautionary... This is the latest I've ever ovulated, BUT every cycle since we started trying has been medicated. The first cycle we started trying was when I got my first period in Feb. after having Kayln. So, I really don't know if it was a late ovulation or anything. Maybe I'll just ovulate later now that i'm not doing medicated cycles anymore. Hopefully this will be the month, and I won't have to worry about it. I know my progesterone is kicking in because I can feel my ovaries, and every time I'm on the suppositories I feel my ovaries.
Candie- That's great advice, thank you! I think I will go get it checked now because that will give me a heads up for next cycle if it's low this time. My RE said he wants to check in between 4dpo and 7dpo, and tomorrow is 6dpo so maybe I'll get it checked tomorrow.
mommyin09- Oh, I see! Duh! I should've known that! I think it's good that you can't get in for a couple months. Natural cycles are great, plus it'll give your ovaries a bit of a break! :) You are right, there is no reason you shouldn't be getting pregnant because everything is fine with both of you! Hopefully these natural cycles we're both trying out will do us some good! :)
Stacey- I sent you a message! :) I really do hope that getting your new baby will take some stress off ttc! I know everytime we've tried to get pregnant, we don't. And then the second I take my mind completely off of it, I wind up pregnant! I wish I could do that again now, but I know it would be impossible! Just because of everything we've been through with Kayln. I hope that little trick will work for you as well! :)
Arlotheslug & Michelle- Thanks for the welcome back! :) Arlotheslug- Good luck with your first shot tonight! Hopefully it'll be the first step in getting that bfp! :)
Vortex- Can't wait to hear more good news from you in a couple weeks! And by the way, thanks for putting me back on the list! :)
If I missed anyone, I hope all is well with you!!!!! Happy bd'ing everyone! ( even if your not ovulating! ;) Talk to y'all later!
luvkayln- that's the same reason why my RE put me on prog and baby aspirin, JUST IN CASE, he said. the miracle cocktail. well it worked so far but it is not fun to use. So are you going to try using it or go completely all natural this month?
Hey everyone... I know... MIA again. Sorry about that. Since being on break I thought I would have time to relax and enjoy it, RIGHT!!! I've had to deal with soooo much s h i t! I've also been spending more time with DS and DH. It kind of helps not to be on here all the time. I think I was a bit obsessed!!
Vortex: Thanks for the note and a HUGE CONGRATS to you!! I'm so sorry I missed the big news :( Here's to a happy and healthy nine months!
leighanne: Congrats on making it to 13 weeks! Have you been able to relax a bit more now that you've hit the 2nd trimester?
Well, I had my beta yesterday... BFN. I don't know what we will do next, either keep trucking along and keep on doing the same thing or wait a few months. Maybe I will try the baby asprin thing w my progest. How does that all work?
Anyways, hope everyone is doing well, and again I am sorry for me being MIA.
Hugs, Love and SSBD to all...
dnikki- welcome back. i was wondering where you had been? yeah i am trying to relax more. I have another check up this upcoming Monday and can not wait to hear the heartbeat again. did you look at my ultrasound pics?
vortex1~~~I am good, hanging in there I guess. Had some weird cramps today thought AF was coming but, NOPE! So, I am just patientlly waiting on her so I can get started on Femara agin and we will be trying the Follistim shots this time so.....Just hanging out I guess!!
luvkayln~~~Welcome back!!! I was not the same with ya gone!!! Hope you are doing well!!! :)
dnikki0928~~~Hi there!!! How are you??? Well, I have Mason 99.9% potty trained!! WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He still has a #2 accident every once in a while but other than that...HE IS TRAINED!!! (((((on knees thanking God!!))))) LOL
leighanne143~~~How are you feeling honey???? The 2nd trimester is a neat one. Enjoy it while you can!!!
Ok, you ladies have a good evening and I will check back later!!
Ladies I started taking my Geritol Complete on Friday. It does give me a load of energy. I hope that's a good thing. Today I fogged my house. Neighbor next door has dogs and I noticed some fleas popping on my legs over the weekend. But anyway, I fogged my house, cleaned up the house afterwards, washed about 4 loads of clothes, rearranged the living room furniture and cooked (meatloaf, porkbones with gravy, fried cabbage, macaroni and cheese and cornbread). Getting hungry anyone . That's alot of food and it's only me and my husband at home. I'm still full of energy. Usually I'm feeling sluggish by now, but I feel really good. So I can definitely say the Geritol Complete gives me a boost of energy that I haven't felt in a very long time. I've also started taking my soy pills as of yesterday. I was given some advice from my pharmacist that the soy pills does aid in fertility. But to only take them on the 3rd - 7th day of cycle. I've been taking my Folic Acid since I'm not taking the Prenatals right now. Lastly, I drank one cup of green tea. So I'm on a roll. Ladies catch me if you can.
I'm feeling good about this TTC right now. I prayed for all of us, I thanked God in advance for all of us to soon get our BFP's. We must continue to lift each other up in prayer. Yeah, the enemy may sometimes enter our minds that maybe children are not for us. BUT THAT DEVIL IS A LIE FROM THE PIT OF HELL. I DON'T RECEIVE THAT AT ALL. HE HAS TO GIVE BACK EVERYTHING THAT HE HAS STOLEN. SO HE HAS TO GIVE US BACK OUR FERTILITY. IN JESUS NAME. My God says in Deuteronomy 7: 13 - 14 ... and He will love you and bless you and multiply you; He will also bless the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your land, your grain and your new wine and your oil, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flock, in the land of which He swore to your father to give you. You shall be blessed above all peoples; there shall not be a male or female barren among you or among your livestock. I'm standing on the Word of God.
After having done ALL that you can do STAND AND SEE THE SALVATION OF THE LORD. I may get weary down the road, but today I'm not. And should I get weary, I ask that you laides lift me up in prayer also. Have a blessed day.
Yeah...we are a full house again. Everybody is back.
Michelle:
How are you. Thank you for the wishes. How is the house coming along. You should have had a very busy weekend with all that work I guess. One way it is good that it will help in tww.
leighanne:
Yup, only we both know the news (and ofcourse you guys) and we are keeping it a secret from friends and families. Since my RE does not want to disclose, I think I should not take a chance. I am happy on one side and keeping my fingers on the other side. 9/3 I will know atleast the location of implantation and will put me at little ease. It is hard while talking to parents and not to mention. We need to be very cautious in our conversation.
Last week we had friends at home and DH was like dont stand here, dont do that and I said stop saying anything or you will leave everybody suspicious. It is very difficult. But you got to do what you have to.
Candie:
When he cares too much, sometime I get irritated, but then remember soon that how excited he is and will keep quite. I have updated your status in our little tracker.
Arlotheslug:
How did the injection today went? Hope things were fine. I know first time is always trouble and soon DH will get used to it. I know that all the trouble we go through is worth it when it happens. Wish you all the best.
luvkayln:
Are you taking the supplements this time too? Did you go for the progesterone test? How much was the count? I am also looking forward to this u/s, since this will be my first time ever.
dnikki:
Welcome back and thank you for the wishes. Too bad that you got a BFN this cycle. It s u c k s.
Mamatina:
Wish your cycle get regularized and you get the BFP asap. Congrats on the potty training news. I know it is a big hazzle to be on diapers.
mommyin:
How are you? How is AF treating you? May be natural cycle is the one for you and giving a rest to your ovaries from clomid will give you a break.
Stacey:
How are you?
------------------------------
Leighanne: BFP - 13 weeks
babybaw: BFP
vortex: BFP - 4 weeks and u/s is on 9/3
Thanks for all of your comments on my new "puppy"! She is gorgeous and will be even more so when we get the extra weight off of her. Lots of walking for all of us!
Vortex - Congrats again. You seem so calm :) Is the u/s your next test? No blood tests or anything until then? It is going to be hard to keep your secret but just keep reminding dh!
Arlotheslug - How did the injection go? That would be very difficult to find the same time every night and you also have guests? Yikes. Good luck! Do you know if you will have any side effects?
Candie - Good luck this cycle. I can imagine your lab gives you tons of kisses. My sister has a yellow lab and he is the best dog.
Mommyin09 - Your house must be just beautiful. You must be counting the days before you can move back in!!
Luvkayln - Almost through the first week of tww! Yippee!
Michelle in Hawaii - I can't believe you are already 2dpiui. That is awesome. Good luck and congrats on the new house! I hope your existing house sells fast and you get a good offer! All the work you are doing is good - it will distract from tww and will be worth it!
The shot was super easy - which is good! I was definetly anxious for no reason. It was a gorgeous night last night and DH and I went for a long walk, which felt good.
Welcome back Dnikki! I can completely understand getting obsessed - it is easy for us to do! TTCing you have to know what day, etc . . . but it is nice to have all of the ladies here.
Arlotheslug: I'm glad your first shot went well! I would be anxious, too, but I'm sure you were relieved once the first one was out of the way :) Hooray for good friends & white lies :) I'm sure you'll have a great time this weekend ! Thanks for your comments on my floors ! The pics are taken with my phone, so don't really do them justice, but you get the idea. We're really happy about them :)
Stacey: Thanks for your comments :) Yes, we are so excited to move back in! I'm guessing just a couple more weeks... dh just has to do the casements around the doors (4 of them) and base mouldings. Then we can move in our furniture :) Hey, just four more days & then you can bring Honey home !!! Are you taking the day off or will you pick her up after work? Or maybe the adoption agency will bring her to you? Your life will definitely change on Monday... I sure do miss those puppy kisses!
vortex: AF has been okay. It's kind of nice this time not having to worry about getting to my doctor for the u/s so I can start my clomid... We'll see how these natural cycles go. I'm actually excited about it :) I took your advice & I've been drinking a glass of milk every day since CD1 & I've also been drinking a cup of green tea. I decided against the Robitussin. How do you feel? Is your u/s your next step?
leighanne: That's great you'll get to hear baby's heartbeat again this Monday! I can imagine how exciting that is :)
mamatina: So, are you still hoping for BFP this cycle, or do you need AF to show so that you can start your next step, the Femara? Sorry, I was just a little confused. Hope you're doing well ! :)
luvkayln: Thanks for your comments on my pics, too :) I just love our planter/memorial! I can't believe you're already 6dpo! The tww really seems to fly by when you keep yourself busy. That's how it was for me this past cycle. It was nice to realize I hardly thought about it :) I haven't made an appt with the fertility doc yet, but I made my appt for a well woman exam, which I need before I go to him. I can't find his number, so maybe I'll look him up online... I am excited about having a natural cycle or two. Now I see why you were so excited last time ! :) I agree, maybe my ovaries will appreciate the break.
candie: How's it going? I know you're busy with work & getting your house ready to move into this weekend. Here's to conceiving your baby in your new home!!! I hope that's the plan for both of us :) I'm sure Nittany's looking forward to his new home, too ! Take care !
Arlotheslug - I'm so glad to hear that your first shot went so well! Hopefully that will ease your mind and make you more comfortable with the process. That is so sweet of your friend to cover for you so that you can have a girls night out. Enjoy! I'm doing good. The first few days of AF are rough, but it gets better. We're starting our big move this week so that we can be completely in our new house on Saturday, so it's been nice to have something positive to focus on!
luvkayln - I think 6dpo is perfect timing for your test. I hope you get good results! That's great though that your doctor put you on the prog/aspirin regimen just as a precaution. How does that work, do you just take 1 aspirin a day?
mommyin09 - Thanks, you're too sweet! Yes, we've been busy. Up past midnight trying ot get all of our packing done, but we shoudl be in good shape. I think Nittany is warming up to it. We have a huge picture window in our living room and it's low enough that he can sit and look out of it, so I think that's his new favorite place to be! I'm glad you got one of your appointments set up. Good luck with the RE. I'm still hoping you won't need to go though!
Leighanne - Aw, your bump is so cute! That's cool that you took a picture of the view of your feet. I would've never thought of that, but that definitely shows the big change!
Vortex - It must be so hard keeping that secret when you are both so excited! I think it's for the best though. DH and I always say that we would definitely never tell anyone until we at least hear the heartbeat or have an ultrasound. And even then, we'd only tell family first and wait a while to tell everyone else. It's nice to have that special time between you and your DH. (Thanks for adding me to the tracker!)
AF showed with a vengence (sp?) this a.m... UGH I sooo hate her!!!
Hope everyone is doing well, thought I would drop in real quick. I think DS just woke from his nap.... :)
hey everyone...sorry, i've been really distracted with the kiddos. THANK YOU for the karma and well wishes, though, of course, nothing has happened. GRR. arlo said there should be an O dance... :) lol, that's a great idea!
mommyin09-DH leaves Sept 12th until March-he came back a while ago...not that it matters, lol. he even joked about doing it in a cup because i keep getting excited thinking i'm O'ing and he's getting tired of hearing it. i'd take him up on the offer, but that's just weird.
vortex-thanks! i would LOVE to have a big belly when he comes back. he could help me when i'm too huge to accomplish anything. how is your PG? any symptoms yet?
stacey-yay for your chubby puppy! i'm sure she will be just as spoiled as any baby would.
mamatina-i hope you don't see AF, but you can slap her for everyone here if you do.
leighanne-*sigh* actually sore from the baby dance, lol. i may have to jump on the baby aspirin bandwagon just to get through it. :D
*driving in a dump truck full of baby dust for everyone*
vortex- keeping it a secret is tough but it will be worth it when you have healthy US pics to be able to share the good news with people. It was hard waiting to tell certain people in my life.
unlaced- sounds like you and DH had a great MB'ing experience:)
mommyin09...sorry for confusion!! No BFP for me this time...still not Oing...well, actually I am but WAY EARLY!! So, if no AF by the 26th, then the RE with have me do Provera again (Oh Goodie, can ya sense the sarcasim?!?!?), and then when AF DOES ever show we will di Femara again, which I am still a little confused on cause my RE told me that since it didnt work with my eggies last time, eggs were **** she said, that I have become resistant to it?!?! Hmmmm??? So, Femara and Follistim next cycle! Whew!!!
unlaced~~~~You are too funny!! I need AF to show so I cant slap her THIS time!!! LOL
dknikki~~~We need a good month huh?!?! I think we have earned it!!
leighann ~ I'm doing good, much calmer since I have a piece of mind after the lap. I know there is nothing else I can do to get my BFP...just time and patience. We are having ahouse being built and it will be completed around February or March. Credit reports can be killer a couple of lates and it really goes down. Even small things you think wouldn't make a difference...I just transferred a large balence to a new card that has 0% financing so I could pay it off faster and my score dropped 40 points for doing that...it's nuts. It'll work out for you, it just takes time.
dnikki ~ I don't know if you were around, but I had my lap and they found endo on both sides of my uterus and it was enough to prevent pregnancy from happening :-( I'm all cleaned up now and hopefully ready to get my BFP !
I am actually 4dpiui today on Wednesday, sometimes you guys read my posts the next day since I don't post till later in the evening and I am on hawaii time which is a 3-6 hour time difference from the continetal US.
I am hoping the sale of the house will bring us good luck, but we have to actually get it on the market first...hopefully by this Monday if we get all our touch-up work done. It's good that the purchase of our new home is not contingent upon the sale of our current one.
I was wondering if anyone that gets the trigger shot notices it makes you super hungry...I just can't stop eating! I am blaming it on the trigger shot?
Hi ladies!
Two days of shots down and I am still alive ;-) (The kitties barely survived - they both had a vet appt last night - actually would not come out of the carrier at all - even when it was at a 90 degree angle to the ground. It was an amusing site - her entire body was up in the carrier with a leg hanging out.)
Michelle - I think that I got really hungry when I got the shot - at least that is my story. 4dpiui - very exciting! I am sending you karma! I am glad the lap was able to clear things up!
Mommyin09: So exciting! You get to move! I know how long you have waited for that . . .
Dnikki: Sorry about AF - I really hate her.
Candie: Yeah! New house. I know it will be exciting (after all the packing and unpacking ;-) to get into your new place! Your fur babies should take to it - took my kitties a bit - one hid in the clost for a long while - which became the subject of a bad joke.
Mamatina: Sarcasm is what makes the world go round ;-)
We need to figure out an O dance or cheer - I am serious.
arlotheslug- that's funny about your kitty hiding when you moved because when i moved, my cat sat behind the refridgerator for 3 days and would not come out. it is funny how they do not take well to new surroundings at first but within a week are running the freakin marathon around the house.
Michelleinhawaii- that is good that the lap went well. hopefully this is your month. we need to take this fertility forum and turn it inot a big BFP and pregnancy forum for just us ladies::)
well ladies it is thursday, almost the end of the week:) what are everyone;s weekend plans?
leighanne-lol, i wouldn't say it was THAT good...just a lot of it. :D
mamatina- :) add a dropkick for me, too.
arlo-i'm serious, too.
*drop eggie, drop, you really need to pop.
burst, follie, burst, this waiting is the worst!
i think i'm gonna lose it if you don't come down to visit
mr. spermie, 'cause he really wants a date."
lol, ya, i'm a nerd. i'm sure you all can do better.
Arlotheslug: That's good you're getting the hang of those shots! Funny about your cat, too (& Leighanne's). If you saw the pic of the planter we got for our porch, my cat is deathly afraid of it ! He's a little "chubby", and when he runs past it, it's pretty funny :) Yes, I'm excited to move back in. We bought our new bedroom furniture & it's just waiting for the bedroom to be finished. I can't wait to see it all put together ! :) Yes, it has been a long endeavor for us...
Leighanne: My story every weekend, working on the house. DH is doing the casement/mouldings around the bedroom doors (4 of them) this weekend. After that, we'll just need to do the base mouldings before we can move back in. :) We're also going to a show on Sunday that I don't know too much about. My mil got tickets for my b-day. It think it's called Dinosaurs Live or something like that. It's supposed to be amazing, but I'll have to get back to you :)
mamatina: Got it :) Come on, AF ! I sure hope she shows on her own, so you can move on to the Femara!
michelleinhawaii: I know we're closer in time, but I'm always updating early morning & sounds like you are at night :) That's great that your lap is done & behind you and you're now 5dpiui. I'm wondering if when I finally get to the fertility doc, they're gonna find that I need to do something like that?? Who knows?! I also know the work involved in moving/selling, so I wish you luck :)
unlaced: I totally got that wrong! I thought dh had already left. Well, good for you ! :) I'm glad you've still got some quality time with him ;-)
dnikki: Sorry about AF ! :-( I know how much that s u c k s ! I'm now CD5.
vortex: How's it going? I hope you're feeling great & work's going okay :)
Candie: The picture window sounds perfect for Nittany! You'll look forward to seeing him waiting to greet you :) You know, even a year later, my mom is sad to come over & not see my Penny sitting in our window! Anyway, I still haven't made the appt for the fertility doc. I can't find the business card I had, so I'm gonna have to look him up online... I guess I'm not feeling too rushed to call him at this point.
oh, forgot to mention. so, in order to bring stupid O around, i've started weaning babyman. *sigh* OWWWWIIIEEE...my BB's are not happy. hopefully the reduction of prolactin will allow enough estrogen to bring on O. luckily, it was time to wean anyway. i couldn't even walk into the room w/o him crawling after me whining for boob, lol. just like daddy. 22 days left to O-CD20.
Good morning ladies. How are you? We are busy again and too many things to catch up for me.
Stacey:
I am getting tired too often. I feel slight cramps in my tummy now and then, but it does not hurt though. So I guess I am ok. I had 2 hCG tests to confirm the number doubling and then a progrsterone test to see if I need supplements or not. My first u/s at 6 weeks is on 9/3. DH and myself are very excited and looking forward to it. With DH behaving all super excited, I guess it is going to be a tough one.
mommyin:
I am feeling tired all the time and sleepy. I lost 10% of my body weight when I learned that I have PCOS and now I am eating like a pig. Guess it will all come back.
dnikki:
Sorry about the AF. How can she do that?
Arlotheslug:
Good to know that the injections went fine. Soon DH will be an expert in this, since he has to do this everyday. It is hard to keep up with the timing though. Hey, if we got to do it, we got to and wish you that this is it for you guys and soon join me and leighanne.
Candie:
Even I agree with you that we will be telling first to family and then only to friends. Looking at leighanne's tummy, I feel it will be hard to hide though.
unlaced:
Since I have hyper prolactinoma, I know how exactly you feel. They really throw of our cycle and always feel like Oing with all the symptoms, but damn not. I am still on the pills for it.
Michelle:
All the best for selling your house and mostly if you change places the luck changes. For you better be the BFP.
Mamatina:
How are you? Any signs of AF yet? She better show up for you when you expect and not uninvited.
leighanne:
My school starts on Monday and it is going to get super busy soon. With work, studies and pregnancy I am going to be real pooped. I am already getting tired and yawning all the time and it is not me at all. How about you?
luvkayln:
Only one more week to go for tww and wish you SSBD.
------------------------------
Leighanne: BFP - 13 weeks
babybaw: BFP
vortex: BFP - 4 weeks and u/s is on 9/3

mommyin09: CD5

unlaced: CD21
arlotheslug: CD23 and started injections
MamaTina: CD25
Michelleinhawaii: 5dpiui
luvkayln: 7dpo
Stacey: CD33 and 14dpo
Leighanne: We are going to a greek food festival tomorrow night and Sat is a girls night I have planned for a while AND DH's aunt and uncle are in town from CA. All I want to do is relax! ;-)
Mommy: I love the pics of your cat - stalking the peanuts. Our cats are indoor only, so they stalk and hunt the fake mice - it is pretty funny to watch.
Vortex: I hope so! Trying to stay positive without going overboard - but I tell you these new drugs - UG! It will all be worth it in the end.
Good afternoon to some of you and good morning to the others!
dnikki - So sorry about AF. :( I think we all dispise her!
unlaced - You are too funny! Glad to hear you are enjoying your time with DH before he has to leave. ;) That cheer was awesome, I could never be that creative!
mamatina - Hope AF shows (wow, it's weird to say that) so that you can start all over with your new cycle and your meds. Hang in there!
Michelle - That's so nice that you know the doctor was able to fix something for you and now you can just relax and let it happen. You have a lot of positive things to focus on now, so hopefully your BFP will be right around the corner.
Arlotheslug - Wow, 2 days of shots already. How many more days are left? I am so excited for you and you're right, it will all be worth it. Thanks for the good wishes on our house. Yes, I could do without the packing/unpacking, but we are so excited to get moved in!
mommyin09 - That's OK, take your time with the RE. Sometimes we just need to take a break, not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well in order to get refreshed and ready to go on.
vortex - Sounds like you are having some great symptoms. That is so sweet that DH is still so excited. Good luck with your bloodwork!
Stacey - How have you been? I see you've made it pretty far past O, so I hope we'll be hearing good news from you soon!
Hi everyone!
Its look like you guys are helping each other for a long time . But please help me out here too.
My name is Ana and I went thru my 5 IVF. I'm 32 and have PCOS and my Hub has low sperm count.
I though things will be different this time:
I had 42 eggs retrieved. 28 mature and 12 fertilized. I lost all of them but 2 that we transfer. And even know we transfer this 2 they wore not good, 1 was an early blast and the other was 24 hours late.
I was devastated.
Last monday I went on for my 1 Blood test and it came at 26. The nurse told me to be cautious optimism, it could be a late implantation. We need to do it again in 3 days, and the numbers should double.
Second blood test: Beta was 87, I was jumping but the nurse said that the numbers too low.
Went to see the doc for post IVF on friday: Oh my good , He is giving up on me. He said that is nothing he can do, that is was just with a miracle that I will keep that pregnancy, because of my numbers. ( I lost all of my embryos)
He told me something about a VEGH, a sponge that inside os follicles ( I could not understand) and I may need to do IVM, In-vitro maturation, and the closest place to do that is in Montreal, Canada. ( I can't afford to go to Canada, no money)
3 blood test came at 479 but my progesterone levels was at 12.4. Don't know what to think. I'm still having hope inside my heart.
4 blood test today , HCG 1468 and my progesterone levels dropped to 8.77 and my doctor did not increase my dosage. I am taking now suppositories 3X daily (300 mg) and it's dropping. I am having period like cramps.
Don't know what to think its look like the doctor wants the worse to happen, just like told me before.
Can I increase the dosage by myself? Its that going to help?
Please help I really want to have this baby.
unlaced- OMG that was so funny. Sometimes BD'ing turns into a chore when TTC. i am glad that it can be back to normal now that we are pregnant, not so much pressure.
vortex- it is hard to hide. I am having to wear lots of baby doll shirts that flare out at the bottom. i swear people are looking at me strange because they know something is going on but don't know what to say. also the tiredness is horrible. i was so tired one day that i cried cause all i wanted to do was sleep. i would recommend extra vitamin b-12 to try to keep your energy boosted. Also bring lots of snacks and fruits with you to school to munch on during the day so that you do not get the hungry tiredness.
alrotheslug- eat lots of bakalava for me. i love that stuff. i swear i could eat the whole tray. Oh No, now you made me want it, that could be a bad thing for the fiance.
anadefreitas- welcome, the women in this forum are so friendly and helpful, you will find that you are totally welcomed with open arms.
well ladies i am doing good although my crazy thinking is starting again because i am getting close to my 14 week check up on Monday. it seems i start thinking nutty things around my appointments. Like i am now freaking out because i have no been peeing as much as i was last week. I know i am out of control.
I call the nurse back and told her that I want something to increase my progesterone.
She told me that the Dr. was not concern about my lowers levels and because I am taking progesterone vaginally it will not show up on my blood test.
Its he crazy, how came not shows up on my blood test if it was 12.4 on monday and 8.7 today. It looks like it will shows.
Bottom line she call me back and told me that the Dr. could give me progesterone oils and to take 1 cc every night, don't know if that it's the right amount but I accepted. He said that he was giving me that just because I was asking.
sorry for being mia lately...yet again...been getting ready for my son to come home....i leave to pick him up in Flint, Michigan at around 5 o'clock tomorrow morning. although they have dismissed the appeal, and have broke the court order themselves, they are already threatening me with "we will take it to court" because i dont think i should have to take my son out of school for them to pick him up. i personally think that they should be picking him up from my home location. but i am going to be going to court way before thier thanksgiving break over them breaking the court order from summer break. anyhow i am glad to see that you are all doing well. my "ulcers" have yet to heal but i can at least sit now without being in pain.
here's praying for lots of bfp's this cycle...and i will hopefully continue ttc around O time next cycle.
leighanne - Good luck at your appt on Monday! I can understand your worry, I'm sure I'd be the same way! Don't you just envy those women who get pg right away and never have to worry about the "what-ifs"? Your struggles though have made you a lot stronger than most and you'll be a better mother because of it.
Arlothslug - Glad to hear the shots are going well. I admire your strength through all of this. Thanks for the good wishes and I hope you have an awesome weekend!
joyce - I'm so sorry for what you have to go through with your son. Have a safe trip.
Well everyone, I will be leaving work soon to begin my big move this weekend! I plan to take Monday and Tuesday off of work and I won't have internet at my new place yet, so I probably won't be able to check in again until next Wednesday. I will miss you all! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and that no matter what stage of the journey you are at, things will go well for you. See you soon!
Hi ladies! It's been busy on this forum! :) I just kind of scammed through all the posts... Well, I had my progesterone test done on Wednesday, 6dpo, and they still haven't called me with the results. They didn't mark it as stat, but I figured I would at least know by now. I know I ovulated, I can tell with my temps being the way they are. Hopefully I'll know Monday or something. So, I have a yeast infection now! Can you believe that!! I haven't had one of those since I was pregnant! Uugh!!! I know, it's probably not what y'all wanted to hear!!
Stacey- You're killing us darlin'! I hope af didn't show!!! My fingers are so crossed for you! :)
Candie- Congrats on the moving this weekend! That's so exciting!!! :)
Just wanted to stop in for a sec and say hi! I'll check in tomorrow!
Candie:
Thanks. I am eagerly looking forward to the u/s to know more about the baby and how things go inside the belly. How are you? What is plan for this month. I see that you are already CD8. I totally get frustrated in seeing the women who get pregnant and oblivious to all the facts that we know and also on them who dont know that they are gifted and ignore their kids or not treat them well. Wish you good luck and energy for the move this week.
leighanne:
All the best for your check-up on Monday and you should be super excited about it I guess.
Initially you pee and lot and I guess your body kinda adjust to it. You should be only worried if you take super amounts of fluid and then not pee. So you should be fine.
anadefreitas:
Welcome. Progesterone level dropping is not a good sign and it is good that you managed to add on to your supplements. All the best.
mamatina:
Wish AF shows for you this month soon, so that it gets into cycle and start moving on in the ttc. As Candie put it, it does sound weird to wish her show up for you.
Joyce:
Wish you a safe trip and take care. Good to know that you could sit better and things are healing.
Arlotheslug:
How was the greek festival today. Did you get to eat Baklawa and Lamb? All the best for your injection schedule with the heavy weekend plan.
Stacey:
What happened to your status? We are all eagerly waiting to know.
luvkayln:
Yeast infection hurt and Joyce is getting better, but you got it now. Take care and wish you it might be the symptoms for what we all are hoping it is. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Leighanne: BFP - 13 weeks and going for check-up on 8/25

So sorry for keeping you in suspense ladies!!!! This week just got away from me.
I'm still waiting for af. I think I o'd later than I initially thought so no surprise and no hope of my bfp. Seriously, af is on her way in the next couple of days. Thanks for thinking of me though! I'm looking forward to getting on with another cycle of iui.
Luvkayln - sorry about the yeast infection!!!! that is not fun at all.
Arlotheslug - glad injections are going well. Mmmmm I love greek food!
Candie - Good luck with the move!!! It will be great to get into your new house!
Joyce - all the best with your son.
Leighanne - Good luck Monday! I'm sure your body is just adjusting and trying to get the pee thing under control :)
Have a great weekend all. We have dh's whole family over for a bbq on Sunday and my sister is moving so it is a bit of a crazy weekend. We get our dog Honey on Monday and I can't wait.
Welcome to all the new ladies and ssbd to all!
Stacey
Stacey- Bummer! :( But, you never know! Even though you have no hope, I have some for you! :) Af hasn't showed yet, so that's a good sign. What day do you think you ovulated on if you ovulated later? I'm so glad to hear you get your baby on Monday? What time will the stork bring her to you? :)
Leighanne- Good luck with your appointment on the 25th! Can't wait to hear how it goes! :)
Hope everyone has a great weekend! I know I will, I'm off till Tuesday! Woo hoo!
Luvkayln: I hope they get the results for you! I am jealous that you are off - have fun!
Stacey: Yahoo a new fur baby. Good luck this weekend. I know how busy things can get. I still hope AF does not show.
Leighanne: Good luck on Monday! Yippie another one down.
Vortex: Too funny b/c I did eat both of those and lots of other things. It was awesome. Thank you. Ah well - somehow I have convinced myself that fat is ok during this cycle ;-) How are you doing - it must be so exciting to be moving forward!
MichelleinHawaii and Mommyin09: Good luck with the moving and house stuff!
anadefreitas-so now you will be taking the prog supps and the oil? that seems like it is a good enough amount. have you noticed that you get tired with the prog? i did, wow i felt lethargic.
arlotheslug- Oh you are a super trooper to be using the shots. I hate needles. i have gotten used to them because lets face it, with fertility issues, we all become human pin cushions, but it is not fun. So big hugs to you. Also how was the greek fesitival, did you eats lots of baklava for me?
candie429- OMG do i envy those women. who their only worry is, will i get stretch marks. i mean i do not like living with nervousness and i am trying not to, but i think until the baby is born, i will always have some sense of nervousness. oh and then when the baby is born a whole new set of worries occurs. My mother is already saving to send her grandchild to private school, she is so funny. Also i hope your moves goes smoothly, no bumps.
vortex- you are right, i have actually been drinking less, so i need to stop worrying. Only 2 more days til i get to go to the doctor's for my big 14 week check up.
Sahuaro87- welcome to the forum:)
Stacey-don't lose hope. until she shows her ugly face, its anyone's game.
luvkalyn- any word yet on prog levels to see if you O'd? well i hope they are great levels. and congrats to you having a long weekend. I will have one the netx week for the Labor day weekend because i get paid salary, i am not supposed to work holiday's.
well ladies i am super excited and super nervous about Monday but at least the excitement is more. i am not sure what i want to do today, i think maybe i will cook a big dinner but i am not sure. maybe i will make homemade chicken quesadillas.
Leighanne: Can't wait to hear how your appt goes on Monday :) I can only imagine your excitement!
Stacey: Like Luvkayln, I'm holding out hope for you ! It's funny how you lose track of your cycle when you're busy, huh!? Have a wonderful weekend & Honey's homecoming will be here before you know it !!!
Luvkayln: Sorry about the yeast infection! :( I can't believe you're so far ahead in your cycle this time. It's crazy how far apart we've gotten. Have a wonderful 3-day weekend !!! I'm looking forward to mine next weekend, like Leighanne :)
vortex: I'm glad you made it through your first work week after your BFP ! Your u/s is coming up fast :) You'll be proud, I've been drinking a glass of milk every day since cd1, just like you did :) We'll see if that's the key! Have a great weekend!
Arlotheslug: Ooh, I love Greek food, too ! Sounds like fun.
Candie: I know you won't be on till next week, but I hope the move goes well !!!
mamatina: Any sign of AF?
Welcome to the new ladies ! :-) Anadefreitas: I'm with Leighanne. I take progesterone supps from O-AF & they wipe me out. I'm such a slug during that time!
I've been spotting for 3 days, only on afternoon, don't know why.
Yes, I feel really tired with the progesterone. Talking about progesterone, what its that needle, oh my goodness. I was afraid to take it. It's freaks me out. But at the end I put some ice on ,my bottom and it did not hurt that much.
Good lock for all the ladies that it's going to have your results next monday.
I can get the threat yet, to manny ladies, and that its awesome.
Sahuaro87:
Welcome to the forum. You will find great people here.
Stacey:
That is how I felt when AF was due, but luckily it turned out to be the other way. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.
luvkayln:
Have a nice long weekend. How did the progesterone results go?
mommyin:
Let us wish that it works for you as well and we all could be pregnancy buddies soon.
anadefreitas:
I do not take any progesterone supplements, but still on bromocriptine for the prolactin levels. Even then I am pooed and I could see how tired it makes us. Hey, it is for a good cause and we can go through anything for this little miracle :)
MamaTina:
I see the point about Provera. AF better show up for you before that.
leighanne:
I could not wait for 9/3 for the first u/s. I could see how excited you will be. I am sure the week will just run soon. Be happy that always helps the baby and things will all be fine.
Arlotheslug:
Greek food is know for their lamb and ofcourse the dessert baklawa. Dont reduce fat completely from your diet. The good fat is always a must and it needs to be part of our diet. I try to add them as oils in salad or some avacado since we are here in california. I am not sure whether you get this fruit there in the east coast.

mamatina: I will hope for you that AF shows very soon ! I hope all works out for you :)
vortex: I'm glad you're feeling good :) You give me hope ! I'm not on meds this cycle, so I'm not sure when I'll O, but will be much more relaxed at work & I just feel less stressed. So, that makes me happy :) Next weekend is a 3-day weekend for me & I think I should O sometime around there, so I'm feeling very positive ! Have a happy Sunday & take care :)
Hi ladies:
The shots are moving forward - not progesterone, but I am super tired. I am getting cautiously excited and as Babynr did - trying to visualize. Anyone here from her lately? I hope she is doing ok.
Unlaced: Go O!
Mommyin09: Oing next weekend would be good - nice and relaxed and plenty of time to bd! ;-)
Mamatina: I hope AF shows soon Too - a funny thing to say.
Luvkalyn: I hope you are enjoying your weekend and feel better soon!
Stacey: Yahoo - you get your puppy tomorrow - you must be super excited!
Vortex: Good idea. We do get avocados here, but I am not a major fan. I will try and think of others. Thank you!
arlotheslug- it looks like babynr has not been on for a while, i checked her page. i hope she is doing ok.
well ladies, tomorrow at 11:30am is my 14 week monthly check up. i swear the baby has been moving around all day because i am having small cramps, which feels like the baby could be touching or moving different ways. I am only 5 feet tall, so i do not have alot of room in there and it is quite a possibility that these pains are the baby and more than just growing pains. they are nothing bad, just odd. I have also been feeling dizzy when i stand up often lately. it is a mess. I wish you all great pregnancies but hope you do not get the dizzy's.
Its over for me guys. The progesterone came to late.
I bleed a lot yesterday and I was having craps like contraction, it was coming and going. My back and my legs was killing me to. Started around 1:00 and it last all day long and trough the evening.
I passed something the size of a penny, transparent. I think that was the sac, it's looks like the sac.
I am living now for my blood test.
Good lock for all the ladies that's going to have they blood test today.
Good morning, ladies :) I hope you all had a great weekend! This was my first weekend relaxing after working so hard the last 3 weeks, so I enjoyed it ! :) Yesterday we went to a show called Walking With Dinosaurs. Has anyone heard of it? It was fun & pretty amazing. Anyone looking for a fun day with a special kid should look into it :) I'm thinking about taking my niece.
leighanne: Can't wait to hear about your appt today. Looking forward to a happy update from you :)
arlotheslug: I hope you had a great weekend with the girls :) Gosh, time sure flies! You'll be having your appt before long !
Stacey: Have a wonderful homecoming with Honey today !!! Tell us all about it :) No sign of AF yet? Fingers crossed !
Mamatina: Unlike Stacey, I'm hoping AF shows before tomorrow for you ! How are you?
luvkalyn: Sending tons of baby dust your way ;-)
anadefrietas: I'm so sorry for you :( Hang in there !
Well, I'm finally going to call the fertility doctor today for an appt. I have my well woman exam on Thursday & I'm curious to those of you who had one recently, do they check for hpv now or do you have to ask? I just saw a commercial on TV mentioning being checked for that during your next pap. HPV is the virus that can lead to cervical cancer. Anyway, just curious.
Hi Ladies,
Thanks for holding out hope for me (because I didn't!). Af showed today as suspected. I'm glad because I knew she would show and just want to get this next cycle (last iui) started. And yes, I do get Honey (dog) tonight so nothing could bring me down today anyway!
Sorry for the short note but work is crazy. It sounds like everyone is doing well!
well ladies my trip saturday went well, i have my baby back where he belongs. and found out on the way home....(he volunteered info...i DID NOT ask) that he does NOT want to be gone that long again. out of the mouths of babes.lol
anyhow af should be here by thursday and no later than saturday...depending on when i actually O'd....i had 3 days of ewcm. so not real sure...but it should actually be a 28-30 days cycle...whoo hoo, maybe back to normal
I finally got my progesterone levels back! The nurse said they usually do the test at 7 dpo and it needs to be at a 10 on an unmedicated cycle, or a 15 in a medicated cycle. We did my test at 6 dpo and it was a 19! Yay! Hopefully that means good news for me!
Leighanne- Can't wait to hear how your appointment went today! I'm sorry your having dizzy spells. I used to get those real bad when I was around my 7th month with Kayln. I've been having them today for some reason! I bet what you're feeling is the baby moving around in there. I started feeling kayln move in my 4th month.
Stacey- So sorry af showed! :( I was really hoping this would be it! But I'm glad you're already looking forward to your next and last iui! Congrats on getting honey today! You'll have to let us know how her first night home goes!
mommyin09- thanks for the baby dust! You know I need all of it I can get! :) Af's due for me on Thursday, so let's cross our fingers that it stays away!
hello ladies- well quick update. the appointment went very well. i did not even have to take off my clothes, which surprised me. the baby's heart rate was 151. my downs testing came back great. so the doctor said all looks excellent so far. i am just curious cause i really want to see the baby on ultrasound again like ASAP.
Leighanne: That's great news all around :) I'm sure you're able to relax a little more after each appt.
luvkayln: I will defnitely keep my fingers crossed for you !!! SSBD ;-)
Stacey: So sorry about AF ! :( I can understand how she just can't bring you down this time. You've got too much going on :) I can't wait to hear how your first night goes!
Joyce: Congrats on your son coming home :) I know you've been counting the days !
Well, I finally called the fertility doctor & they were SO nice ! I knew it would be a while before I got an appt, mostly 'cause this doctor is only in this particular office on Fridays. I could go to another office, but figured it's not a rush. So, I'm all set to go on Fri. 9/26 :) I still have some time to try on my own & if it doesn't happen, I've got my consultation to look forward to, my stepping stone... :)
Oh, that s u c k s ! I'm so sorry, but at least taking the Provera will bring it on; right? I'm thinking that's what happened last time. Does it have side effects? Well, I'll hope that she shows spontaneously before you have to call! If not, at least you've got this back up plan. Take care ! :)
Hi ladies, good evening. My school started today and it is really hard with work, home chores, studies and on top it the peeing a lot.....I couldn't hold and tiredness.
leighanne:
Did you not have an u/s today? I thought you will be. Good to know that things look great. I was hoping to see some more pictures of the baby. When is your next check-up?
Stacey:
Sorry about AF showing up. She should seriously stay away for all of us for 9 more months (except for MamaTina this month). Looks like you Oed than you initially thought. Bummer. How is honey doing and congrats on her arrival.
Joyce:
Good to know things are fine.
luvkayln:
The number looks good. Lets keep the fingers crossed for this cycle.
mommyin:
Good you could make an appointment in September. You might want to see if you can get an earlier first appointment with him at one location and then continue follow-ups at the other preferred one if they agree to it. Something worth the try if you do not want to wait till Sept end. But wish you to get the BFP even before.
MamaTina:
Too bad she is not yet here. But still there is hope until tomorrow and morning, and wish things work fine without calling.
unlaced:
Did you O yet?

Hi All. I have been busy working on the house...we painted and cleaned ALL weekend long to get the house ready for a virtual tour. It will go on the market tomorrow. Hopefully it will sell quickly, so we can save some money before we move into the new house in February or March. It would be nice to bank the $2000 a month we pay for our mortgage for the next 4 or 5 months.
I am just hoping I did not do too much housework?!?! I tried to have my husband move and lift things. I think if my BFP is going to happen it will happen regardless if I was painting and cleaning...my life can't stop every month for 2 weeks. I'm done with living my life with a "what if" attitute. Too stressful and it's bad enough I am still on my CRAZY acupuncture diet. I just want to eat ice cream!!! and pizza!!!
Thanks for letting me vent...hope everyone is doing well. I tried to catch up, but there was just too many posts.
Plugging away at the shots. I find myself getting impatient and wanting this all to move forward. Have my Appt on Thurs to see how everything is going and then move onto the stimulants (dunno what to call it) on Thurs - will be having 2 shots daily! It will all be worth it in the end . . .
Mommyin09: I am glad you got that appt. I think sometimes it can be really scary to do it, b/c it is finally that real admission that something else is going on. I have a friend who is too scared to do it . . . it is good to move forward.
Mamatina: Sorry AF won't show her ugly face. I hope Provera will bring it on?
Vortex: Good luck with the school - It must be hard, but exciting!
Stacey: Sorry about AF. How is the Puppy?????
Luvkaylyn: Nice progesterone results - that is awesome
MichelleinHawaii:I hope it sells! I agree - I don't think life can stop every two months - it is hard for women (for obvious reasons) - we bear the burden. I don't think I could give up ice cream!
Michelle:
Wish you luck to sell the house ASAP. I know it hurts to go through all the restrictions every 2 weeks and than see AF at the end. You not only get disappointed, but feel bad about all your precautions going waste. But when we get it, it is finally worth all the effort. So cheer up and keep your hope. Wish you SSBD.
Arlotheslug:
You might be excited about the Thursday visit. Keep us posted. How is the medications treating you? DH should be an expert by now in injections! I know we all have waited too much to get our BFP and it should happen soon. All the best for Thursday appointment, if I could not catch up with you guys.
Special love to Michelle and luvkayln, since you guys are almost in the end of tww.
Did anybody hear from dnikki or candie?

As far as my doctor's appt., I'm not in a rush. I really didn't want to even make the appt, but I was happy after I did & I'm glad it's not till the end of Sept. :)
Arlotheslug: Your words spoke right to me ! So, you know how I feel :) I am excited to have that appt out there now & dh is going with me, so that's even better! Now we're motivated, too, to get that BFP beforehand; but if not, we still have that next stepping stone waiting for us :)
Hi Ladies,
Honey is settling in very nicely. She was confused at first but she slept right throught the first night. Now she is just trying to get to know us and we are trying to get to know her! She is really so sweet and good.
I will be going into the clinic on Thursday for my first u/s to see how the follies are doing and I suspect to start injections.
Luvkayln - good luck my dear!! You are almost at the end and congrats on the good progesterone results.
Michelle - good luck to you too! I am with you - you can't stop your life because of ttc. It will happen regardless of whether you painted or not.
Vortex - Hope you get through everything ok! I can imagine you are tired. So glad all is going well as everything your experiencing is good!
Mommyin09 - your appt is only a month away! That's great. It will give you some au natural time and then you can get on with the next step...if needed!
Leighanne - great news! so happy for you!
Arlotheslug - good luck with the double injections and your appt on Thursday! I hope you have lots and lots of eggs getting ready!!
Candie - hope the move went well!! So much work isn't it??
well ladies, thank you for all your thoughts and kind words.
mommyin09- you will see that the RE office is much better than the GYN/OB offices. they are more patient, any time you call you get your doctors nurse on the phone right then and there, no waiting for a call back after leaving a message. I did not want to leave my RE's office but he had to remind me that he doe snot deliver babies, he justs helps people get pregnant.
Vortex- no ultrasound. i am now 14 weeks and 1 day. i will be having a 3d ultrasound in 2 weeks, hopefully on sept 13th to find out whether its a girl or boy. my fiance is starting a new job and will not be able to go with me to the 18 week US so we want to find out together and that is the only way to get around it. then i have my next appointment, with another US on 9/22. i will be 18 weeks then, YEAH. how have you been?
michelleinhawaii- you are correct, it will happen when the time is ready but when you are pregnant and know it, you should avoid painting.
alrotheslug- it is all worth it but those shots must not feel too good. keeping my fingers crossed that this does the job and no more shots for you next month, just lots of pregnancy bloodwork.
stacey- Oh honey will be your best friend so soon. golden ret get used to people so fast and they are so lovable. i hope all goes well with the US, GROW follies GROW.
Well, got AF and I am devastated...now I have to do some clomid for this next cycle. two days of 50 mg on day 5 and 6 of my cycle. This S U C K S !!!!!! I just don't understand why...this is the 4th failed IUI!! How many times did anyone do IUI's before getting your BFP, not like it will make me feel any better....
Good Morning Ladies.
Just a quick hello before work. I am running late - can't get up these days!
Stacey: I am so glad to hear that Honey is settling in - very exciting. I can't wait to see more pics.
Michelle: I am sorry. It does S U C K! I wish I had some magic word . . . but I know you will get up and try again - it is what we all do - we are very strong patient women.
Leighanne: Thanks! It will all be worth it - just trying to stay positive ;-)
Stacey: I'm so happy to hear that Honey is adjusting well :) How exciting this must be for you ! I am actually very ready for a dog & I can't wait to be in your shoes :)
Leighanne: Yes, I am looking forward to meeting my new doctor, although I LOVE my Ob! The office staff is great & she's awesome. Any time I have questions, she will personally call me, which I know is rare, so I do really appreciate her :) If I do end up going to the fertility doc, at least I'll be happy returning to her once I do get that BFP :)
Michelle: I agree, it S U C K S ! There are really no other words to describe what we go through every month, just to be disappointed when AF shows... All we can do is pick ourselves up & try again. That's really all we have control over, you know?! Sorry about AF. Stay strong !
luvkayln: How's it going? SSBD !
Candie: Welcome back ! I'm sure you had a busy weekend moving & I hope you were able to relax & enjoy your new home, as well ! :)
Arlotheslug: So, tomorrow is a check up; right? I hope all goes well & you can move on to the next step :) I noticed AF showed for you. Does that change any of your plans for meds, appts., etc? I hope you're right on track ! You, too, have a Happy Wednesday :)
Mamatina: So, what happened? Did AF show or are you starting your meds?
vortex: I guess it's good to be busy. It's probably easier to keep your "secret" :) I'm glad you're feeling well. Take care !
a quick update since dh will take the computer over again soon, lol. according to fertilityfriend, i am 7DPO. according to medhelp, no O. *sigh* i DID have a big leap today...i REALLY want to test, but then i'm scared it's a waste because maybe i didn't even O. can anyone look at my chart? this is annoying. it's usually really easy for me to read charts but this month my temps were so subtly higher...grr.
Good morning ladies! Just got a quick sec to check in and see how everyone is doing. I'm at work, and it's been crazy busy around here, but I can't forget about my girls! ;) Thanks for the congrats on my progesterone results, I was pretty suprised too... Stacey, I'm so glad your dog had a great first night home! Pretty soon she'll be sleeping in between you and your dh, hogging the blankets like ours do! :) Well, af is due for me tomorrow, and i'm fully prepared to see her. I'm starting to have dull cramping, so I'm sure it'll show right on time! I'm so excited, yesterday we paid off 4 credit cards and my car! Woo hoo! More $ for us each month! Yay!! Hope everyone has a great day, and I'll check in tonight when I get off work! Unlaced- I'll look at your chart tonight sweetie! Don't stress over it, ya never know! :)
Hello ladies! Well, no AF, so I started my Provera last night...yeah?!?! I called and ordered my Follistim shots yesterday, and they will be delivered to my house tomorrow. So, just gotta wait for AF in about 7-10 days and give it another go!! Hope everyone has a great day!
Mommyin09: AF is ok - part of the process! I think my IVF coordinator is getting sick of my weekly questions because well, I thought the same thing! Thanks for asking!
Candie: How did the move go?
Luvkaylyn: That is awesome paying off all the debt. Doesn't it feel good?
MamaTina: I am sorry you have to start the drugs, but here is hoping AF comes soon!
Mommyin:
Exactly the mindset I was in when DH started saying that we go to an RE. Initially I resisted and now I am glad I did. Wish you to get a BFP even before it. But onle thing is it happens right when you dont expect it.
Stacey:
Good to know that you guys are getting along to each and soon it is going to be fun. So are you on Clomid this cycle?
Candie:
How is the new place? I know it takes time to get usued to stuff around. For me, I have a syndrome of not sleeping well in a new place. It takes couple for days for me sleep well.
leighanne:
Yeah..I heard that the 3d u/s shows lot more details than a regular u/s and we can even see the babies face and expressions. I am excited for you.
Michelle:
Too bad AF Showed up. She got to stay away for all of us for 9 more months. I got my BFP in my 3rd IUI. I know how devastating it is to see AF. Especially DH's count is good, follie size is good and you time it properly and bam! 14 days later you see AF. On top of all the mood swings due to clomid. What is plan for this month? Dont lose hope. Things will turn around. I am surprised that as per status you are only 11(12? may be due to time difference)dpiui today. Is your LP shorter? If so talk about it to your RE, there might be something they can address.
Arlotheslug:
I am struggling with getting up thing. It is hard with all the hormones kicking in. It is difficult to keep up with things when you start late and everything fall behinds the entire day. For me almost it takes a weekend to recover to schedule. All the best for your tomorrow's follow-up.
luvkayln:
Congrats on paying of the debts. I will keep my fingers crossed for you. Wish AF stays ever for 9 more months.
unlaced:
You temps look like you did O on the 20th and you are 7dpo. I will update the status in our little tracker.
MamaTina:
7 more days to wait. She got to stop showing for other this month and show up for you when you are looking for her. I thought with Provera she shows up on the day you start.

Mamatina ~ I just watched a special on sextuplets...she took follistim and did an IUI and bam,sextuplets...watch out you may get more than one :-) I think any number would be welcomed at this point!
Vortex ~ I will be taking some clomid this month, just 50 mg. on CD 5 and 6...dr. says it may make my cycle longer. Last time I took the Clomid on CD5 and 6 my period was extra long and my hormones were crazy...not looking forward to that. My cycle is very short, only 25 days with an 11 day LP. My gyno didn't think it was a problem and every month I ask the RE about it and he brushes it off telling me that if I get pregnant
I don't have to worry about how short my cycle is because I won't have one. Guess that's true !?!
I'm feeling better I had COLD STONE last night and tonight...ice cream always make me feel better. I know this whole situation is out of my control and when God wants us to have a baby he will give us one. Next IUI is scheduled for September 8th and 9th.

Well guys, off to the Dr. for the follow up - tomorrow I start the Stimulants (or stims I guess they call them - some of this stuff is still foreign. Still a little nervous to see that everything is going ok.
Vortex: Wow! I know the tired and being behind must be hard - but it is all worth it ;-) Thanks for the wishes.
Michelle: You know, we will be close on our cycles. My transfer is sometime the week of September 7th. The Clomid killed me (Ok, being really positive for you here) - but it regulated my cycles too. BTW - Coldstone always makes it better for me . . . . Thinking of you.
Michelleinhawaii~~~~Woman, NOT EVEN FUNNY!!!!! LMAO!!! You ginxed me!! LOL
Vortex1~~~No, with Provera you take it for 5 days and then after the 5th day you basically play the waiting game for up to 2 weeks for AF to start.
I ALSO got my monster box of Follistim today! Came from Barron's Pharmacy in Ohio. SUPER nice folks there too!! I have the BEST insurance a person could ask for (BCBS), cause ALOT of insurance companies DONT pay for ANYTHING to help you get preggers!! I have a $50.00 copay for these meds , and THANK GOD I do cause, I looked on the receipt and this shipment was $4,905.75 WITHOUT insurance!! I almost fell over!!! And I have 3 more refills!!! :) So, my fridge inside looks like a mini-hospital now!!! HAHA Whew!! And these I have to give to myself...thanks goodness the needle is ity-bity!! Talk to ya'll later!! Have a great Thursday!!! :)
Good morning ladies!!! I was so excited to get back and see how everyone is doing. Our move went very well. We moved a little bit every evening last week, so we had everything in by lunchtime on Saturday. It's taking a while to get unpacked, but I have the important rooms done, so it's really feeling like home now. We're actually going to be remodeling the kitchen soon, so I'll be living out of boxes there for a while, but it will be worth it! Thank you all for thinking of me, for the notes and good wishes. I'm so blessed to have met such a wonderful group of ladies.
Cycle-wise, I think I am 2 dpo today. I wasn't too strict with my temps and OPK's, so that's the best estimate I can give!
Now, I'll try to catch up with everyone and post again here soon.
Mamatina: That's great that you only have to pay $50! I know when I made the appt with the fertility doc, they told me the consultation would be $250, but my insurance said I just pay the $30 copay! So, I know that feeling :-) I'm sure I'll be forking out the dough as I get past that consultation, though! Your comment about your fridge made me laugh, too 'cause my in-laws don't know we're ttc & when they "stop by" I have to make sure my progesterone is hidden in the fridge. If they saw it, they'd ask & wouldn't let up till I told them :) Didn't AF show pretty quickly last time? Within a week; right? Come on, AF !!! "Red Rover, Red Rover, send AF right over!!!"
Candie: Welcome back !!! I'm so happy to hear that you are all moved in & all went well ! That's awesome :) You know my story with my remodel & trust me, you can survive a kitchen renovation. Just keep your focus on the bigger picture. It's all in your attitude :) That's very exciting !
Arlotheslug: I'm glad to hear your appt went well this morning. Will you start the stims tomorrow, so long as the bloodwork comes back okay? I wrote you a note, but I think that's the perfect time to start new meds, just before a 3-day weekend! At least you'll be home & able to relax :)
vortex: I totally agree with you :) I'm pretty patient & I know that when the time is right for us, it will happen ! :)
unlaced: I looked at your tracker. Your temps look great & you're already half way through your tww ! Thanks for the notes :) Fingers crossed for you !!!
Well, I'm off to my yearly pap :( Hmmm... I'm not as excited for this as I was for my u/s. Oh, well! At least I'll get it out of the way ! Have a great day !!! :)
luvkayln - I had to start with you, looks like you're the closest to the end. Your progesterone was wonderful! Maybe that's a good sign. How have you been feeling? I know you are expecting AF, but I'm still holding out hope for you dear!
mommyin09 - Congrats on the RE appointment. I am so jealous that your OBGYN is so attentive. You are very lucky! It's good that you have a plan, but let's keep praying that these natural cycles work. You should be getting pretty close to O, right? Have fun. ;)
Arlotheslug - wow, onto the stims already. Sounds like you're making a lot of progress. Hope your doctor appt goes well. I think I saw somewhere that you felt you were asking the Dr too many questions, but don't you dare feel that way! The more info you have, the less overwhelming the process will feel.
Stacey - I am so sorry about AF, but it sounds like you have a plan. Onto injectibles now, right? Will you be having IUI too? I hope this new protocol works for you. That's so great that you have your baby and she is settling in. I think Honey is the cutest name. Have you been going on walks together? Labs and Retrievers are so loyal, I'm sure you'll all be best friends in no time. I call mine my Snugglebug because he's always wanting love from us!
Vortex - How have you been feeling? You're probably especially tiring out now with school and everything else. I can't believe that your u/s is less than a week away. how exciting! It's funny, I thought I'd have trouble sleeping in our new place too, but I was so exhausted over the weekend that I had no trouble at all! We're in such a quiet neighborhood and it feels like home already!
Leighanne - I'm so happy to hear that your testing came back good and that the heartbeat continues to be strong. That's so exciting that you'll be having a 3D u/s. I've seen pictures from those and they are amazing.
Michelle - That stinks that AF had to show. I can imagine your frustration after having a couple IUI's, but you're right, it's out of our control and will happen when God wills it to. I don't know if you're like me, but I like to have a plan and I always try to fix everything and this infertility **** makes me feel helpless sometimes! I've tried to stop living during the 2ww before too and after all this time, I've realized how dumb I have been. It's just so hard because you want something so badly and you don't want to anything to mess it up! I'm glad you were able to drown your sorrows in some ice cream. :) Hopefully this cycle ends better for you.
Mamatina - I can't believe how expensive that stuff is. You're very lucky that it's covered. I haven't traveled that road yet, but I know my insurance wouldn't help me out much at all. Hopefully the provera works and you can move on.
Hi girls!
mommyin09- Oh my gosh! I miss you too! I'm so sorry I've just been so busy, I've gotten 97 hours in the past 2 weeks! And it's going to happen again this next 2 weeks! I went and saw Kayln today, and guess what! There's a new baby girl out there! Her name is Abigayle, and she only lived for a month. I went online to Houser- Millard and saw a picture of her. She's actually the twins' cousin ( the twins are next to kayln). So I signed the guest book, and told her parents who I was, and offered my support and prayers to them. I honestly feel the tragedy all over again everytime a new baby arrives out there, especially if it's a little girl! In Kayln's little row there's 5 babies plus her, and their all baby girls. And now, there are 2 more babies below them, and their both girls! Isn't that crazy! We're getting Kayln's headstone ordered on the 15th! We get paid 3 times next month, so it was the perfect opportunity! Plus, I really wanted her to have it by her birthday, and it takes a month to get it made and everything. So, I feel very happy about that! :) For Halloween, we're getting all the girls baby pumpkins, and I'm going to write their names on it, and just make them look really cute and festive! I'm getting her new flowers too, so her little area is going to be cute! I'll take pics and send them to you. And I'll send you a pic when her headstone comes in too.
Candie- Thanks for thinking of me first! :) And thanks for holding out hope for me as well! I was pretty excited about my progesterone levels too. I knew I ovulated, but like you said, I needed to make sure that the number was a good number to know for next time to see if I needed the progesterone supplements. And it's good to know that I don't!!
Stacey- Looks like we'll be close in our cycles this time around! That's good! :) Mommyin09 and I used to be true cycle buddies, started on the same day, ovulated around the same day, it was nice! And it's nice to have it again! I can't wait to hear how your u/s goes on the 4th! Grow, follies, Grow!!! :)
Oh, by the way, I started! I'm actually just spotting for right now, but the cramps are here, and my temp dropped waayyyy down this morning! I'm good though! :) Not even upset about it, I know it'll happen when it's supposed to! Mommyin09- My tracker actually let me put in my temps just now! Wow, right!
Wow, it really is heartbreaking to have so many little angels surrounding your Kayln! They are blessed to have you watching over them & doing all you do for them :) The pumpkins sound adorable. I'm sure their parents appreciate that you think of them, as well as Kayln :) I'm happy for you that you'll have her headstone in time for her birthday. I know how important that is for you & I'm sure it will be very special. Yes, defnitely send more pics when you can! I'd love to see them.
I'm sorry you're spotting. You've got a great attitude, though & like we've said so many times before, it WILL happen. We've gotta believe that :) I just checked out your tracker. It's funny how fickle your tracker is, only letting you input here & there. Have you heard back from Medhelp yet? I added that mood tracker, but don't like it & I don't know if there's a way to delete it... Hmmm... Well, just one more day before my 3-day weekend ! I'm so ready for it :) Sorry you have to work so much !!! Hope to talk to you again real soon :) Take care !
Good evening ladies!
I am so glad tomorrow is Friday and we have a long weekend coming up. For those of you who are dog lovers, you will understand when I say, I think I was sent an angel. Honey is the most amazing dog. She is so so good and we have formed a really close bond already. I just can't explain. It's been so long since I have had a dog and this 2 year old girl is my perfect angel. I am so thankful and so in love with her I can't even tell you. She is the most wonderful thing that has happened to dh and I in a long long time. She makes us laugh and just feel so happy to be around her. I'll post some more pics! :)
I actually had my u/s today and started my injections for our final attempt with iui. I go back in on Sept 2 for u/s. So we will probably be doing the iui around the 8th or 9th.
Vortex - I am looking forward to your u/s coming up so soon! I actually had my u/s today - I just realized you had me for next Thursday.
Luvkayln - Sorry about af but I know what it is like to be ok and at peace with it. Thank you for sharing so much about Kayln. She is such a big part of your life and she always will be. You would be amazing support for other parents and i hope they take you up on your offer. Good luck this cycle...cycle buddy!
Candie - It must feel great to be in your new house!! I love that first week feeling - everything is so special! Good luck with this cycle! I bet the new house will increase your chances!!
Mommyin09 - You must be O'ing soon right? Yippee! Enjoy your au natural state and just bd like no tomorrow :) I really like Amazing Race so will try to watch it so we can discuss the teams. The fall is the BEST for good TV.
Arlotheslug - You are a trooper! What are the stims - are they injections too? When will they actually start looking at your eggs to get a count? Such an interesting process. How is dh handling all of this? If this iui does not work for us we will be heading down the ivf path too.
Michelle - You are going through so much with trying to sell your house, iui and then af? Come on! It does not seem fair sometimes! I'm glad you are feeling better but can understand. We are on iui #3. Eat all of the ice cream you like!!! Have you listed your house yet?
Mamatina - What a deal! It is crazy what we have to do isn't it?
I am hoping we can another bfp this cycle girls!! Let's bd and do whatever needs to be done!!
I am so glad we have a 3 day weekend, and as Mommyin09 has said - a perfect time to start a new drug (cue the Huey Lewis song - I think I just dated myself ;-)
Luvkayln: I am sorry about the spotting, but it sounds like you have a great attitude. I am sending karma. That is really touching about Kayln - thank you for sharing.
Stacey: I think we will end up being tww buddies - my transfer is sometime the week of the 7th. I am so glad that Honey is working out so well - I love Golden's (and dogs).
hi ladies, just checking in. i have been really busy at work lately and really stressed from work also. so i have been coming home, going walking and then going to bed to relax my mind. hopefully next week will be a bettter week.
luvkayln- the pumpkin idea is very adorable. no pics of the tree yet? i still remember the tree.
Leighanne: Do you have a 3-day weekend? I know how it is to be just too busy at work & I'm looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow :) I hope you can relax & unwind this weekend & that work gets better next week.
Arlotheslug: I laughed when I read your Huey Lewis reference :) Now I have that song in my head !
Stacey: Yay, another Amazing Race fan! We will definitely have to talk! :) The last season is the only one I didn't watch & it turns out that a co-worker from a different courthouse (someone I don't know well), but her daughter won ! I was shocked! I'm SO happy for you & dh ! Honey sounds like the perfect fit for your family & I'm sure she's just as grateful to have been adopted by such a wonderful mommy & daddy !!! :) Yes, I should be O'ing soon, but still no +opk. I'm only cd13 & I usually get a + around cd14-15, but who knows how this cycle will be since I'm off the meds. So, I will take your advice & bd like there's no tomorrow ! :-)
I totally LOVE the lil pumpkin idea!!! So sweet!! I stil get touched every time you talk about Kayln, that was so strong of you to offer your support to that other family. I can just picture all the little "angels" running around and playing with each other!! :) *sighs*
luvkayln - I am so sorry that AF showed for you, but you are right, it will happen again when it is meant to be. Your story about Kayln and the other angels brought tears to my eyes. I sent you a message. If you are willing to share pictures with us, I would love to see them.
arlotheslug - That's so exciting that you get to move onto the next step today. I can't believe that your transfer is right around the corner. I hope everything continues to progress so smoothly. I hope you're right about us!
mommyin09 - I'm glad that you got your appointment out of the way. That makes it so nice that your O time should fall during the long weekend. Hopefully you will be able to relax and spend some quality time together. Sorry, I'm not a reality show fan, I'm more into comedies. I LOVE the Office and How I Met Your Mother. I can't wait for Fall TV to start! In the meantime, I've been watching Seinfeld and Friends reruns - I could watch those over and over!
Stacey - From a fellow dog lover, I know exactly what you mean! They quickly steal your heart and become part of the family. Ours is definitely the most wonderful thing to have happened to us too. No matter what, he loves us and wants to be with us every second, it's like his every happiness depends on us. He can always bring a smile to our faces, even when we're having a sad day. I'm so happy that you guys and your baby found each other! It was meant to be. :) I can't wait to see more pictures! Good luck with the u/s and the injections. I hope this final IUI works for you. I'm sure Honey would love to have a little brother or sister (or both!). Thanks for the good wishes! We'll be busy Sat and Sun, but we're really looking forward to staying home together on Monday and being able to enjoy the new place, just the two of us.
Hope everyone is having a good Friday! I'll check in again later.
Hey girls! Thank you so much for always supporting me when I talk about Kayln! She's a big part of me, and I love that I can share her with you all!
Leighanne & mommyin09- I don't know whatever happened to the pics being sent to me of her tree! I sent my cousin an email about it, and she never returned with an answer or anything! Everytime I send her an email, it takes her forever to return one to me. She's got 3 kids all under the age of 5, so I understand! But thank you both for remembering! :)
Candie- Yes! I would LOVE to share those pictures with all of you! I'm ordering her headstone on September 15th, I can't wait! So, it takes about a month to get it made and everything, and I will post the pics when they get it out there. By that time, I will have her and all of the other babies' pumpkins out there, so I will post pictures of those too! So, to all of you that view her headstone pictures, be prepared to be emotional!
Mamatina- Thank you so much! All of the support I get from all of you wonderful ladies is amazing!
Stacey- I completely understand about that bond between your dog and you! We have 5 dogs! I love them all to pieces!!
ok all i know i have been mia, but have been spending time with son since he came home...i am in 7th heaven that he is back.
i am confused as always....here i thought my cycle was getting back to normal and it apparently isnt. ok i started light bleeding aug 1, bled the 2 and 3...and spotted the 4th. then had what i thought was ewcm on ,13,14 and 15. which would mean i should have had af between 27 and 29 right?....well still nothing. and i didnt bd during ewcm because of ulcers down there from the yeast infection....so is it my cycle still screwed up or can you have a weird af and ewcm and be preg? idk, and i am not really worried too much about it cause i know it could still take a few more months to get cycles back on a regular basis....but i was just curious. lol...here i am writing, and in a day or two af will show...lmao
anyhow i hope all is going well with everyone and hope to see many more bfp's soon
mommyin09- thankfully yes i have a 3 day weekend and i am so excited. forget the fact that i am up right now at 4:15am but at least i do not have to worry about work. i can not sleep on my sides and i am having a hard time sleeping because of it.
well ladies i am going to try to rest this weekend but from the look of it and my sleeping track record, that may not happen. i am going to sit on the couch and watch some tv right now and try to fall back asleep.
what are everyone's labor day plans? i have 2 cookouts, so hopefully i can eat lots of good food.
leigh i hope you were able to go back to sleep....insomnia can be tough enough without a pregnancy on top of it....hope all goes well for you for labor day. i do not have any plans for cookouts or anything else for laborday...lol
joyce- thankfully i was able to fall back to sleep for about an hour. it was great. well i hope you have fun with your son on the long weekend though:)
leigh, i will do the best i can....i am not sure what we will do....maybe i will just pick up some burger and dogs and grill them for the kids...lol
did anyone read my post about the weird cycle i have had? it is so weird after IUD was removed May 2nd, i had a 39, 27 and then a 25 day cycle....i am not sure what to think. i know ewcm usually means fertile, but can you have a early off cycle with heavy bleeding and ewcm, and be preg...??? it is probably just my cycles regulating..any input would be great
that is what i thought too leigh, but i started af light pink on aug 1st....ewcm on 13-15....why would my luteal phase be wayy long? i was actually hoping that i was back on track and was looking for af around 27-29th....here it is 31 and still no af. not that i am complaining but it just doesnt calculate.
the last time i had sex before all was july 20...or there abouts, i then had what i thought was af on aug 1st.....if there is any chance of being preg, could it have been break through bleeding since i was almost a week earlier than i thought i should have been? or implantation? i am just confused....i really wish i would never have had the IUD put in at all. it has caused me nothing but trouble even almost 4 months after it's removal. also wondering if medications can throw af out of wack and O as well....or the luteal phase??? this is all way too much for me to deal with since i thought i was learning my body and now it is lieing to me again....lol
anyhow thanks for listening, and all have a good day....and a great labor day. hugs, luv and ssbd to all
Hi everyone!
Hope you are all having a good labor day weekend. I have been taking it easy and DH has been knee deep in his war against the shrubs around our house . . . ;-)
Mommyin09: Have fun bding
Leighanne: I hope you got some sleep!
Stacey: Having fun with Hope
Luvkayln: Thank you for offering to share the pictures - I know it means a lot to you.
well maybe instead of a 28 day cycle i am going on 30 day cause af come this morning....but that would put me with a 16 day luteal phase instead of 14 days...lol
sorry for freaking out, a day early and a dollar short....lmao
Good morning, ladies! I hope you're all having a great, long weekend :) So I got my +opk Friday evening, Sat. & this morning. I'm thinking when I test this evening it will be negative, meaning I am O'ing today ! :) Woo-Hoo !
Joyce: Try not to stress too much over your cycle. I think your body is taking time to regulate itself. That's what happened to me. I was on birth control pills for 16 years!!! I stopped taking them in Feb. of '07 & it turns out that I didn't even start O'ing until Sept. of '07! I had no idea. Stress can also throw our cycles out of whack. Planning a wedding, missing your son, having medical issues & looking for a job can certainly cause a great deal of stress; and besides our bodies regulating themselves, we're also getting older (unfortunately!), so our bodies are totally different now. Anyway, just give your body time to figure itself out & don't worry about the "what ifs" 'cause if I did that, I'd wonder why in the world I tried NOT to get pregnant for 16 years ! :) Take care!
Arlotheslug: Good to hear you're doing good with your meds :)
leighanne: Hope you were able to get some sleep!!!
joyce- you can have a luteral phase that starts at 12 days or 18 days. every woman's body is so different. it seems like your period is starting to even itself out. track your ovulation next month with OPK's.
arlotheslug & mommyin09- i was able to get some sleep last nigh, i ended up sleeping on the couch since i fell asleep there and was way too tired to walk up stairs.
i hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend. do fun things. i need to figure out something to make and bring to these cookouts tomorrow.
leigh and mommyin09....thanks for the words of support. i know that things have been stressful, but was just kinda grabbing at straws i guess. i cant track with opk's cause we are not even able to make bills, i am afraid that we will be losing internet soon, so if you dont hear from me in more than normal, that is what happened. lol
anyhow i am tracking as best i can with cm and cervical position, although it is hard for me to tell what open/closed, soft/hard is....lol
hope everyone has a great labor day and i send out tons of luv, hugs and ssbd
Hi ladies!!
Just wanted tpo update ya'll.........No AF yet! But, My precious son decided that he wanted to share his HEAD COLD with me!! I know, so sweet!! Not!!! So, I have been sick since Thursday night!! Lucky me!! So, I will let ya know when something happens!!
BOO!! Hey everyone...can't even begin to remember when I last posted...I tried to read and catch up to see how everyone is....OMG more BFP's, that's sooooo good!! I'm doing well, recovering from the miscarriage....don't cry nearly as often but am still grieving. My mother-in-law can be a so unempathetic. We were all commenting on how quickly the summer had gone by and I said very innocently, "yeah, hard to believe I would have been almost 14 weeks by now...she says "oh you need to forget about that'" OMG I dissolved..yes perhaps I could just forget about your son's child that I had been trying to conceive for 2 1/2 years then tragically miscarried at 8 weeks....OMG I just sobbed. DH and I met with RE last week...I had to go fro some sort of blood test to see if I had the antibody to reject my own baby....odds are less than 5%...but will rule it out at least. We have 3 embryos left...but are so in debt because of all this. We're trying to bring our embryos back to canada...1st estimate...like $2000, don't know what we;ll do. Anyways...I'll pop back in now and then to check on you all...All the best
BABYNR: It is so good to hear from you. I know it must be incredibly difficult, but am glad you have a plan. Please stay in touch.
Mamatina: That s u c k s. I wonder if there is a cheer for AF - seems like an odd thing to say.
I hope everyone had a good weekend. I am off to the Dr. to check to see how I am reacting to the stims! I am a bit nervous, but trying to stay positive ;-)
Good morning everyone! Hope you all had a nice relaxing long weekend.
mommyin09 - Yah on your smiley face! Looks like you definitely enjoyed your weekend. ;)
leighanne - Hope you've been able to get some sleep! How are you feeling otherwise. Wow, 15 weeks already. Praying things continue to go smoothly for you.
babynr - It's so good to hear from you. I've often wondered how you are doing. I'm so sorry that your MIL is so insensitive. What is wrong with people? I'm sure DH was able to make you feel better. Good luck with your testing and I hope things continue to improve for you. Take care.
mamatina - Wow, what a generous son you have! :) Hope you feel better.
Joyce - I'm sure your body is still regulating itself, plus your infection could have messed things up a little. I'm sure you are enjoying having your son home.
unlaced - I looked at your test pics and it looks like a + to me! CONGRATS!! I'm sure you'll be calling the doctor soon for confirmation? Please keep us posted. I am so happy for you!!!!
Unlaced: Wow ! How exciting :) Please keep us updated. What perfect timing with dh leaving soon, huh!? Woo-Hoo !!!!!!
Babynr: Welcome back :) It's good to hear from you. So sorry about MIL. I agree, people can be so insensitive without even realizing the effect of their words. Hang in there & let us know what you're up to. Take care ! :)
Arlotheslug: I hope all goes well today :) Are you back to work?
Well, my temps are so uncooperative this cycle, so I'm not sure when I O'd. FF says I O'd on Friday, which doesn't make sense 'cause my first +opk was Friday night, then Sat., then Sun morning & I got a negative Sun evening. I had major ovary pain on Sat., so thought I was about to O, but maybe I did on Sat. Hmmm...I don't know... I guess I'll just wait and see. Have a great day :)
Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend.
We are all settled in with Honey - it's like we have had her for months, not just a week. Thanks for all of your thoughts and inquiries about her! I had my u/s today to check my follies (I am cd8) and there was a 15 a couple of 13s and a few others. I go back on Thursday and will have a better idea of which ones will mature. I estimate we will be doing iui on Sunday or Monday.
Unlaced - Congrats to you!! It sounds like it is BFP. WOW exciting!!
Babynr - So nice to hear from you. You need to grieve at your own pace and your MIL is being insensitive and obviously does not understand. I hope you can try again with your last 3 embryos but the financial burden is a whole other story. Keep us up to date!
Mommyin09 - You should be fine either way right? I stopped taking my temps etc because I would get so frustrated and stressed about it!! If you had ovary pain it was probably Saturday?
Arlotheslug - Sounds like you are doing well. Let us know what the doc says about the stims!
Candie - How is the new house? Is your pup settling in ok? My sister just moved and her lab was a bit out of sorts for a couple of days. But you are right in that their happiness depends on us so if the family is there, they will be fine!
Joyce - so glad your son made it home. Your cycle can fluctuate from cycle to cycle and stress will do that. Mine was fluctuating from 28-38 days!! Charting your temps might help.
Stacey: I am glad the puppy (all dogs are puppies to me) is fitting in well. The follie counts sounds very promising.
Mommyin09: I wonder what is going on with the temps? I have never been able to read those.
Candie: I hope you are doing well. You must be happy college football season has started!
I went into the Dr. today to see how I am responding. Still no news and I am driving myself CRAZY waiting! The tech told me the count - but then I think they won't mature, that the numbers are too small and not quality (esp. when I hear about 20+ follies on each side from some on this board). I called the Drs office, since it is already 2pm and "in case" I did not give the right number (of course I did). So, basically I am very unproductive at work! ;-)
On the plus side, I can definitely feel the Ovaries a working, and we will be having a transfer sometime next week, if all keeps moving forward.
Thanks everyone. *sigh* I just went to the doc. I feel like crying...and barfing. NEGATIVE. My test was + this morning!!! I'm 13DPO, and actually when I wiped earlier i got pinkish stuff. Not bright red, but tinted pink cm. PLEASE tell me this is late implantation and that I just didn't have enough hormone in my blood yet!
Unlaced: I am very sorry. It is still possible, I think - I have heard that certain tests are not as sensitive as others. Are you going back for another test?
So, I debated posting my results today. Not so good - you know women's intuition - I just knew something was up. Apparently, I am not responding to the drugs so well. My estrodil was very low (under 100) for this stage in the stimulation. Pretty down. And, when asking the nurse if I should be concerned - she said if they don't go up by Friday (next test), I should be and she said they were pretty surprised by the results - which I take to mean that this whole thing will be a failure ;-) UG!
So, I am trying to pick myself back up again and hoping I am overreacting, I guess I like drama ;-) They are upping my drugs, which is good that they can do that, AND I am going back to accupuncture. Expensive, but it might kill me if I don't.
On that happy note (hey I am trying). Talk to you later.
Hi girls! What a long weekend it was for me! We had 2 weddings at the winery, it was busy! I got absolutely NO sleep, and got almost 32 hours in just over the weekend! So glad to be back and see how everyone is doing!!
mommyin09- I sent you a message, but I'm so happy to hear you got your +ve opk! And much sooner, may I add! I'm suprised and jealous! :) My ovulation is taking it's sweet time now that I'm not on clomid, so you're very lucky it didn't mess with your cycles! :) I hope this weekend was a successful one for you! I see you were confused about your ovulation because of your temps. I read on FF that you can get a +ve opk on the day of ovulation. I will check out your chart.
unlaced- So sorry dear! I was reading through the posts, and got so excited for you, and then I read your last one. That's so weird, I didn't look at your pics of your test, but that's weird that it was +ve, then the test at the docs office was -ve. Don't lose hope. If not this time, soon, ok? I know it's hard, we're all there with you!
arlotheslug- sorry to hear about your results! Hopefully friday will bring better ones, and you'll feel better about this cycle! Good luck!
Babynr- Hey there! It's so good to hear from you! I'm so sorry your mil is being so insensitive about your m/c! Some people just don't get it! Don't let her bring you down, you need to grieve and talk all you want about your child! Don't EVER let anyone tell you to "just forget about it." That's still your baby, no matter what! We've all missed you, and are glad you are looking forward to your 3 embryos! Keep peekin' in every once in a while, until you feel comfortable enough to come back for good! :)
Stacey- Congrats on your u/s! I can't wait to hear how many follies will mature this time! Good luck with your next u/s! I hope this iui does the trick! :)
mamatina- Hope you feel better soon!
candie- thanks again for the message last week! It meant sooo much to me to hear that from you!! :) Half way through your 2ww already, wow!! I hope this is it for you!
thanks girls. to make things worse, i went from pink-tinged cm to actual blood. i think it's over. and i'm sorry, arlo, that must be difficult. i'm sure they'll find something that will work better-hopefully sooner rather than later. :)
So sorry unlaced! I was very excited for you :( Big hug!!
Arlotheslug - Ugh is right! I really really hope you will have at least get some answers so that if you have to try again they know why and can hopefully fix the issue. It seems strange! You may be pleasantly surprised by having your drugs increased. All the best Friday and I really hope you get some good news!!! Will be thinking of you.
Luvkayln - You sound like you have been busy! Wow! It may be good to keep your mind off things but don't over do it! :)
Stacey ~ I guess we will all be in the 2ww wait together...I am having my IUI's on the 8th and 9th :-)
Arlotheslug ~ Maybe your estradoil will go up with the increased meds, be positive.
We have been really busy...we wnt camping and had an open house this weekend. It's good that I am keeping busy. I don't have too much time to obsess about TTC.
babynr- hello, i left you a little note like a week or so ago. tell your beast of a MIL that i said she can keep her comments to herself. sometimes people are so insensitive.
arlotheslug- do not igve up hope, you never know, your count could be plenty.
candie429- i have been doing well. getting a lil more engery and sleeping a little more. we will hopefully know what we are having within the next 2 weeks so i am excited. how have you been?
stacey- congrats on how well honey is doing and on your follies.
to those having problems, you are in my prayers....as are those ttcing.
if you have gotten bfp's then....CONGRATS
i think my cycle is finally getting back to normal. we will see. i had a 30 day cycle and af was here for about 3 days...this is almost like what it was before IUD...whoo hoo
so i should O around the 13th.....and then start af on my birthday....sept 30. wouldnt it be great if i didnt start and got a bfp....lol the day i turn 35. which is something that i have kinda been stressing cause alot of ppl i have talked to about wanting another baby tell me that there are sooo many more risks to me and a pregnancy after 35. so i am a little scared, but whatever happens i believe is suppose to happen.
anyhow just wanted to update. have to head out the door but will check in later tonight...hope you all have wonderful days.
Hi ladies,
Thanks for the support. I am trying REALLY hard to stay positive and need all the good thoughts you can bring . . . thank you. I am not sure what I will do if they cancel this cycle - especially after the last IUI.
I am sorry I am so down and will stay off for a while.
Arlotheslug: I'm sorry you're feeling so down :( It's great, though, that you're being closely monitored. They're able to up your drugs & hopefully you have an improvement by Friday ! Now I'm sending YOU tons of karma !!! Take care :)
Luvkayln & Stacey: I know FF says you can get a +opk the same day you O, but the ewcm came Sat. & Sun. and the major lower ab cramping was Sat. So, I don't know when I O'd, but either way it's okay :) I'll just wait it out!
Unlaced: How are you feeling? I'm so sorry about the negative test. Hang in there ! :)
lol, crampy. still nauseous. i puked my guts out last night. didn't take a test this morning but i didn't have to because i now have pretty heavy bleeding. :P i'm staying positive, though. OH. here's a rant. dh was naturally getting tired of hearing about how i "might" be O'ing...back when it was hard to tell for sure. well, then he got tired of hearing that i might be PG (honestly, girls, i didn't say it that much-he's just...the impatient sort sometimes). anyways, so when i got the +hpt he said he didn't see it (ya, look at the pics, it's THERE). so, that was a letdown. then late last night, when i told him i thought i miscarried, he said, "ya, because you couldn'tve just been not pregnant..." (add sarcasm to this). i walked out the back and slammed the door. how f'ing insensitive is that??? that's really not like him at all. he's usually one of the most sensitive guys i know, especially to me. so this really hurt. later, he came and apologized saying that he was sorry, he wasn't thinking, and that i know my body better than he does. i still don't feel much better, though.
Ugh ! :( I'm so sorry for you. I'm sure dh is stressed about ttc, going away, seeing you stressed out, etc. & just doesn't know how to deal with it. Try to stay relaxed & hope for the best! But if this isn't your month, hang in there & stay positive :) Take care !
Sorry ladies, I disappeared for some days. Its been hard catching with studies and work and DH fell sick on top of it and guess what, I am sick now. Down with flu.
Today I had my first u/s and was speechless to see the little bean. We had a heart beat of 130 and it is the most amazing thing I have ever seen in my life.
I am trying to catch up with the status for all of you and updated some of them. Some status may be off by a day or 2. Pardon me and I will correct them as soon as I go thru all the posts
I have to buy catridges for my scanner and I think I can post the pictures only on the weekend.
unlaced:
I can totally understand the way DH behaved. He might have get stressed and over reacted. Atleast you have us ladies here to vent. But think about him. He keeps all his feelings inside and when it comes down it can be pretty scary. But understand that he dont mean a thing or not even aware of what he was saying. I will keep my fingers crossed for this month.
Arlotheslug:
Dont lose hope. Things will trun out to be good by next test. I will keep you in my prayers. The increased doseage will definitely work.
babynr:
Welcome back.

Leighanne: BFP - 14 weeks and 3d u/s on 9/13

mommyin09: CD18
Candie: CD20
joyce: CD4
arlotheslug: CD26 and follow-up on 8/28
MamaTina: CD38
Vortex - Congratulations! That is awesome news. I can't imagine how amazing it would be to see the little one!
Arlotheslug - Hang in there! We are here and just get to your appt Friday before getting too discouraged.
Michelleinhawaii - we are definitely going to be close...maybe even the same days. Are you having an u/s to see your follies? I have one tomorrow morning to see how many and how big.
Unlaced - that was very insensitive of dh but I do find they lash out in mysterious ways. My dh sometimes forgets altogether if we are making plans and I have to remind him that we will be doing iui or I can't drink alcohol etc. It's hard to understand because I feel like it is on my mind every moment of every day.
I'll check in tomorrow to let you know how the u/s went!
Stacey
Candie:
Good to know that the move was smooth and you guys are enjoying the new place. How is your tww going? Guess you have one more week to go.
mommyin:
Did you O yet. I remember you getting the +opk during the weekend. How are things with you? My nausea kicked in sometime late last week and I am throwing up on most of the usual things I eat, like milk. The moment I have milk it all comes out. It is hard trying to find the right food and eat. With the flu, my tiredness have multiplied tremendously.
Mamatina:
Did AF show up for you at all? How are things with you.
luvkayln:
The pumpkin idea is awesome. We will be waiting for the pictures.
Stacey:
All the best for your u/s on Thursday. 15 and 2 13's sounds good. Good to know that Honey blend in well with you guys and let us keep our fingers crossed for the family to grow soon. Prayers for this IUI.
joyce:
Good to know that you cycle is getting regularized.
leighanne:
How is sleeping working out for you. The only problem I have now is I accidentally lie on my bbs (sorry for TMI) and it hurts very badly. I wake up and adjust my position.
babynr:
That is not appropriate for your MIL to say something like that. I know sometime people dont know what to say when. How are you?

Just a quick note to let you know about my u/s. I have 2 follies this time - the fewest so far. One is 20 and one is 16. They are waiting for my blood results but I may do the HCG shot today (IUI Fri/Sat) or may wait until tomorrow (IUI Sat/Sun). Early than I had thought! So, it's ok I guess. I prefer to have more eggs for better chances but we just need one right!?
Good morning everyone! It took me a while to catch up, but here goes nothin!...
mommyin09 - That's so frustrating when you think you know when you O'd and then something changes to make you doubt yourself. I'm sure you know your body pretty good by now, so it will be just fine. I feel confident that your relaxing weekend did the trick!
Stacey - How wonderful that Honey is all settled in. Your follies sound great, hopefully even better on your u/s today. Good luck! That's so exciting that you'll be having your IUI soon. Thanks for asking about Nittany. I'm afraid to say it, but he has been doing so very good! He was a little whiney the day we moved in, probably just because of all the boxes and chaos, but since then he has been perfectly content. Once he saw his (our) bed, the couch, and his food dish, I think he realized it was home! :)
Arlotheslug - Oh dear, I am so sorry that you're feeling down. Please don't feel like you have to go away! I know that wasn't the news you were hoping for, but at least they are trying to fix it by upping your dosage. I'm sure it's a very emotional time. Try to stay positive (I know - easy for me to say!) and at least see what happens tomorrow - you never know! I'll say an extra prayer for you. Yes, you are right, we are VERY excited that it's football season. Penn State's home opener was last weekend, the weather was perfect, and we had a blast. We actually can't go to this week's game (DH has to work in the morning), so we're just having people over to watch it. We're definitely not missing any others!
Luvkayln - Holy cow you were busy! I can't imagine working that many hours in one weekend. If you love what you do though, that's wonderful. It sounds like it would be a cool job. You are very welcome for the message. I hope you O soon!
Michelle - I can't believe it's time for you to have another IUI already! Hopefully your 2ww goes just as fast and ends with good news! That's good that you've been keeping busy. Hope your open house was successful.
Leighanne - I'm glad to hear you are doing well. Only 2 more weeks until you get to know your little bean better. Yay! How exciting. Thanks for asking about me. I'm actually about 9 dpo (or so), so if AF is coming, I should know this weekend. Hopefully not! :)
Joyce - Great news that you feel your cycle is getting more regular. Maybe now that you have your little boy back safe with you, you can relax and your BFP will be right around the corner! That would be a great b-day present.
Unlaced - I am so so very very sorry for what you have been through. It's just so heartbreaking to have to go from such a high to such a low. Not fair! I hope things are better between you and DH. I'm sure his comment hurt you, but like you said, it's not him at all. He's probably so upset about going away (although our tough guys would never admit it!) and hates to see you upset and isn't sure how to handle it all. Take care.
Vortex - I checked out your u/s pics and they are awesome! That had to be the greatest sight you've ever seen! They are absolutely adorable. It's just amazing to see that little life beginning. I'm sorry you and DH haven't been feeling well. Hope you are starting to feel better. Thanks for the good wishes. I actually have shorter cycles, so I'm about 9dpo and I usually only make it about 10dpo before awful AF shows up, so I guess I'll know pretty soon. Keeping my fingers crossed! :)
Good morning. Thanks ladies for all your comments on the pictures. I am still down with the flu, but a little better from the previous days.
Stacey:
All it takes is one and may be it is a good sign that there is only 2 mature follies. This will reduce the risk of cysts as well as reduce the level of estrogen in your body during O and aid conception. All the best.
Candie:
It sure took a while for me also to catch up. We are one busy group. Thanks for your wishes and wish that AF does not show up for you for 9 more months.
