Levels of P and E

Hello All,

I got my third IUI done on 26th Nov. I shd have got my test done(one week test) on Sunday, but instead I got it done on Tuesday. My Progestrone level was 12 and Estrogen level was 256.
On my second cycle(one week after my IUI, my P level was 21.2 and E level was 300).

Are levels 12 and 256 too low? Is this cause for concern? Does this mean, even this cycle has gone w/o any result? My second week test is on Monday(11th), since the RE office does not do the test on Sunday. Do I have any hope? Let me say that so far I have no symptoms at all. I had taken a HCG shot.Is it safe to test after 2 weeks. Since I started taking clomind and Metmorphin, my cycle comes everytime on 10th of each month.
Sorry for the detailed message. But any input is valuable.

All I know is that my estrogen is 72 and if your pg, they want your prog to be at least 12 or 15...I can't remember.  Your estrogen sounds high, but my dr said to be normal, she wanted mine to be around 100 to build up a lining.  Check out some internet sites...maybe webmd.com.  They have good info on what the ranges should be for hormones.  GL!
