LOL no no Typos ... i was wondering what could it be i have had One long cycle but that was when i was put on gonal and my cycle iui got cancelled due to too many follicles. then since there was no trigger period was delayed and induced with provera ..but after that which was may my period s where as noramal as could be even after the failed IUI ( i got af on 13dpiui )!!!! uggghhhh this is so wierd and scarey i am sure there is a reasnable explantion ....

All-got another BFP this morning and we are two weeks past the shot so I feel much more comfortable today. Now I just have to be patient for Friday. Don't they know I need numbers!!

I went in at 630a for bloodwork....they told me they usually call around 2p. So ...more waiting. Went out for groceries, came home , and spotting. Figures..the day i get blood work and THAT happens. Not hopeful anymore. Just really dont think i am.
I have never been late before...FOUR days late, what the heck ! Maybe its from all the stress of waiting

Leslie---i am going to have to live vicariously through you ! You definitely deserve this.

LandM2009! Holy crap you are pregnant! Congrats! I know you will feel much better once you see the numbers keep rising and rising!

Leslie- I am SO SO excited for you!!! I can't wait for Friday to get here! I know you must be going absolutley crazy!!!

Jenn- I am keeping my fingers crossed that this is still your month!

I am still waiting for AF to show.. darn her! I just want to hurry up and start my next cycle of clomid. In the meantime, I did enjoy a nice glass of Merlot last night. I went online to drugstore.com this morning and ordered some ept hpt- there was a coupon so I got 3 for 14.99... so now I will have 5 tests for next month.

I would like to thank all you lovely ladies for your support this month. As most of you know this is a well kept secret in my life, so it is so nice to have wonderful people like you to talk to and share with!

Im out---B/W came back negative. Thanks you ladies so much for all the support and prayers. I am going to take a month off and not think about fertility. Maybe it will happen on my own this month :) I have never been late before. 4 days is pretty late. Must have been all the stress holdin AF. But---it is what it is. It just wasnt our time, i pray it will be very soon.

Holly---Rite-Aid has them 2 for 8.00 and a box of 3 for 11.99, if u need more for our dirty little testing habit...
They had most their HPT on sale. I thought i was getting a good deal at CVS. i was gettin robbed !

Erika-Holly---very sorry this wasnt your month. We try try again, hope to be on the TWW with you guys real soon.

Holly---oops, i just re-read ur post. You are still waiting on AF, disreguard my comment about it not being your month, it very well could be ! Hope she doesnt show for 9 months...but if she is coming i hear ya...just come on and get it over with so u can get things going. I was feelin the exact same way.
But---maybe...jut maybe this is YOUR month :)

haha- Jenn- no worries. I am definatley NOT pg... I got 2 bfns and I have NO symptoms. and my RE told me that the prometrium would most likely cause a delay in AF showing. about Rite aid... I might have to go buy another box, because I plan on testing up a storm on the next train! If only I could will it to turn positive!!! BTW- I just sent you a note... Hugs!

I keep forgetting about those prometriums delaying AF. ughhh how irritating ! I wish mine would just hurry up and come too, and i didnt even take prometriums !
The person at Rite-Aid must've thought i was a total weirdo. I bought the remaining boxes. I cant help myself, it was a steal ;)

i cant believe how much your HPT's are and that you can buy them at a dollar store! Canada they are quite a bit more were talking about $10 for one no name and $18 for the good ones! Maybe I should take a little trip to the US and buy up a whole bunch as well taking a stop at TJ MAX I love that store!

The dollar store ones are pretty crappy...at least the ones in my city. I have to use my own cup to pee in, then dip the stick in it. I am so over that to save a few bucks ! LOL!
I can only do the pee on a stick ones. If you have time to wait for shipping...this website has them really cheap. I havent used them, so i dont know how good they are.

Well ladies I think that I'm of the train also. I have been having AF symptoms for a while now. But I finally started some spotting to day(TMI). I'm so frustrated I can't see how I can keep doing this month after month. I'm going to try to find a local support group along with the one I have here. I feel like I'm going to have a nervous breakdown when I see anything that resemble AF.

Well LandM2009 you are our hope for this TWW. To the rest maybe we will all be buddies during our next TWW.

Jenn-I am so sorry to hear that it was negative. Everything sounded so promising. I know you are disappointed. I will keep praying that you get your blessing very soon! You so deserve it!

Holly and Hoping_32-Sorry to hear you guys are expecting AF! She's quite the witch! I could do with never seeing her ever again.

I was very emotional today. I went home and my digital from yesterday was blank. It just did something to me. I have this fear that my BFP will disappear and when that happened I felt sad. I went out and bought another digital. I took it at 6pm tonight to reassure myself. It was positive again so I felt better, but then I started crying. Hubby stood there and was like what just happened? I couldn't stop crying for some reason. I guess he better prepare himself for the emotional roller coaster for the next 9 months!!

I hope the rest of you waiting get good news! Take care everyone! SSBD!

aww u just must be so overwhelmed !! its so hard when u get negatives for years...and in your case told it is likely to never happen....it makes it unbelievable. i would be reacting the same way ! i remember you telling me about the adoptions that fell through...it is so crazy how things like this fall right into place. God has a plan for everyone...and now is your time ! It is so amazing !

Hoping_32- I am so sorry... it is very very frustrating! All we can do is take good care of ourselves and hope for better luck next time! I know it would have been great for this to happen on the first try, but just because we didn't get our bfp this month doesnt mean it wont happen! My DH is driving me nuts- since I haven't officially seen AF, but have gotten my 2 bfn he keeps thinking that I still could be pg. He doesnt get he is just making me feel worse! Ughhhhhhhh... MEN!

Leslie- I don't think the digitals are supposed to hold their results in the windows like the other kind do, so please don't worry. Though if it puts your mind at ease, TEST AWAY!!! ;-) Make sure you post for us on Friday! I can't wait for you to get your reassurance!!!

It will be nice to take a break form things and put some tape on it for a short time.
I seen you want to lose 6k. I do not know the metric system...i think i didnt pay much attention when they taught us that in school...years ago. LOL
I need to lose 40pounds but i am going to be realistic and aim for 20. I hear that losing weight helps...what dont we hear !! gooooooosh so annoying hearing all the things we should try. Anyways---i bought the biggest loser dvd and the wii fit for my wii, going to try it tomorrow if i dont have major cramps !
Good luck...let me know your progress...i think i may start counting points like weight watchers starting monday. I keep saying on monday for like months...maybe i will actually do it this monday !

Jenn and misslollipop- if you can't leave each other messages then one of you might have actually blocked one another. I had that happen with one of my friends on here. If u check it should say unblock somewhere by their name or their note. All-i keep waking up at like 4:30am to pee and can't go back to sleep. Ugh! I hope everyone is doing well. I am a little over 24 hours to getting my b/w done and then I won't get the results until 2ish! Don't you love how they keep making us wait? I will certainly post once we know. Take care ladies!

Hello everyone I would like to join this forum!! I am 1 dpiui and now begins the tww!! SO DREADFUL. This was my 3rd IUI and I hope everything works out this time. I was quite worried yesterday though because before I went in for my IUI I did an OPK and it came back negative and I did a HCG trigger shot on Monday......but today it is positive but I don't know if the washed sperm will live long enough if I am going to ovulate in 24-36 hours!!! My Dr. told me everything was fine and not to worry....they did everything the way it was supposed to be done and my cycle was perfect. I am going to BD everyday/everyother day until my next cycle (hopefully I won't get one) just to increase my chances. Due to me taking the clomid my c/m hasn't been so great so I was wondering if anyone has used preseed and had success. I don't want to use something that doesn't really work, and that won't kill the sperm. Please give me your feedback if possible. Thanks!!!!

Welcome ;). I wanted to tell you to take extra vitamin C! & your hubby , like asap lol! The vitamin C will help right away eith your CM & keep you less hostile ;) & it's GREAT for men too!
& go right now @ buy REAL grapefruit juice! Not from concentrate! Drink it through out the next 2 days or so, this helps tons too!!!
Take it for the next 2 days, til you know for sure you have O'd. I would BD everyday for the next 3 days, after that, it's all for fun;)

ita17-It's so funny you mentioned that about the Vitamin C. I took 1000 mg a day and hubby took 2000 mg a day and now here we are. I would highly recommend it. I had heard that Vitamin C helps with morphology which is what my husband's issues are and apparently it did the job this time!

Loveday511-Good luck catching that eggie! I'm sure you will hit the window. And I agree with what ita17 said. Very helpful!

ita17- Thanks I will run out on my lunch to get some Vitamin C.  Is that dose in addition to the prenatal vitamins I am already taking?  I hope I catch the eggie in time!  Me and my husband will be BD everyday till I am supposed to have my next cycle....you are right that is all for fun :-)

LandM2009- Thanks!  I pray this is going to be the month.  I have a good feeling about it but I just don't want to miss anything.....you know what I mean.  My husband is taking a supplement called Fertilityblend and it has helped with his sperm this time around even after being on it for just 4wks.  His count went from 2.3mil washed to 9mil. washed.  I will definitely be going to get the vitamin C @ lunch!!!

Land; Thats awesome! I knew about the grapefruit juice, but the Vitamin C was by accident ;) I had a real bad sinus infection a couple of months ago, & I was just about to O, so I didn't want to take any meds, so I took tons of Vit.C, & I had so much M (TMI) I thought WOW! So even though I didn't get pg, I figured it MUST be good ;)
PS can't wait to hear what your beta count is ;o)

ita17-thanks girlie! I can't either. As for our fertility issues I have PCOS and hubby has double varicoceles which cause poor morphology (abnormal shape). I have read a lot about other vitamin supplements to improve semen issues, even though the RE said there was nothing that could help improve morphology. I would say she was wrong!! He cut back on alcohol, no caffeine, he doesn't smoke, and he's eating much healthier on top of the 2000 mg Vit. C. I am so proud of his boys!!

I took my last digital tonight so I could go into my beta with that beautiful PREGNANT with no worries. I go at 8am and will hear back by 2pm or so! Thanks everyone for your support! SSBD to all of you still waiting and for those starting over!

That weight watchers is awesome, it really does work. It is hard for me to stick to sometimes because i get lazy at counting everything ! Good luck to you too.
I refuse to weigh myself when AF is here because it makes me depressed seeing the number go up for a feew days .

Ok ladies it's now official! I am pregnant! The beta b/w came back at 292!! I go on Monday for another b/w to make sure the levels are increasing and then will schedule my 6 week ultrasound! I am so excited!

Well this 2ww is going to be soooooo long I can feel it. Today I feel pretty good 3dpiui! I have a few cramps here and there but its the same feelings I had the last 2. I only hope this will be a sticky one :-) Well I also had a pretty crazy day today.....my brother was in a bad car accident lastnight driving home from work and fell asleep. God is so good.....he is doing much better than we thought considering the particulars of the accident. He does have 2 fractures in his spine but he is not paralyzed. We hope he will possibly be able to come home tomorrow after therapy but we will see.....head trauma is so horrible. So how is everyone doing in the 2ww.....I can't wait to see what the outcome is of this cycle.....I really pray this is the one. Tons of babydust to everyone!!!!!!!!

I am so sorry to hear about your brother's accident, It sounds like he is very very lucky!

I have to say I admire your optimism! I will be starting clomid tomorrow to prepare for my 2nd IUI. I was feeling pretty good until I went for my baselline ultrasound today. I did not see my normal RE and although she was pleasant- she basically told me even though I had a good response to the clomid last month, due to my AGE (I am 38)I am less likely to have "good" eggs. I wanted to cry. My regular RE had given me hope during my last ultrasound and said that everything looked good and that he didnt see any reason why I shouldnt be able to conceive. I thought for sure this would work, but after failure last month, and my visit today, I am very very doubtful.

Anyway.... I will send some prayers and good thoughts for your brother and Sticky Baby Dust to You!!!

Yes he is very lucky!!!! My family and I are counting our blessings and thanking God for not taking him from us. Thank you so much for the prayers.

I am trying to be very optimistic......but I must admit it is hard at times. I can't believe the RE you saw was basically negative to you!!! That is just horrible. Don't even pay attention to them anyway cause that isn't "YOUR" regular RE. Don't be doubtful just relax and think positive as much as possible. Have you tried Accupuncture before? I just started right after my IUI on Wednesday and it has done wonders for me, I highly reccomend it! I have done 2 sessions so far and it has relaxed me so much and has kept me staying positive and in good spirits. I always have a problem with stressing about everything but accupuncture has started to relieve that. I went yesterday actually and it really helped me especially after the stress from my brothers accident and everything. Well I wish you luck on this next IUI cycle! You are in my prayers that you get your BFP!!!!! And don't listen to that silly RE you saw! :-) tons of stickyglue & babydust!!!!!

So we got more good news-my second beta came back 1324!! We scheduled our 6 week ultrasound for February 11th! Very excited!!

I will keep praying for you ladies in the TWW!! I know how exhausting and frustrating it can be! SSBD!!

Loveday- Thank you...I am feeling a little better then when I walked out of her office. Hopefully I will not have to go back to her! I have been considering acupuncture but dont know where to go around here. We moved a few months back from a little city that was known for its acupuncture, but over here- I just don't know???

accupuncture is amazing been doing that and herbs for about 3 or 4 months and possibly ovulated with just that but no pregnancy just about to start clomid but everything ive read says accupuncture and herbs in conjunction with western medicine increases ur chances of a healthy pregnancy so i figure its worth a shot right. good luck and lots of baby dust to u!

Hello Ladies, I hope you don't mind if I join in on your discussion. I began my TWW today, we went in to the doctor this morning assuming my DH sperm count was very low when in fact it's not that bad. The doctor stated after washing the sperm he was able to inject 8mil w/ 64% motility. I took Clomid 50mg for 4 days and 100mg for 1 day. I then took the HCG injection on Sunday evening.
We have been on this quest for almost 9 years and it so hard to see friends and family having babies with no problem and then to have people ask constantly when we're going to have kids is really hard. It's so nice to read your posts to see that you are all going through this also.

I'm back after a little hiatus. It seems my computer got infected with a really cool virus that makes porn pop up like crazy. Which sounds funny until you have to hand your computer over to the IT guys because it is a work laptop! Then the funniness disappeared. Lukily the IT guys are really cool and were making jokes about it.

Quick question.,,,

Since we are trying again on our own after last months IUI BFN, and the fact that I have cysts left over. When do I start the OPK? Today is day 15, I haven't noticed any slippery changes down there yet *TMI*. Also do you have to use FMU? Or is anytime good?

Can you tell I haven't used these in awhile? I've always just relied on the RE to tell me what to do :)

I guess I'll be joining this forum. I just had my 3rd cycle of IUI this week. The last 2 were with clomid and BFN. This one was with injectables and it seem to do the trick. Hopefully I'll get a BFP this time around.

Nice to have someone in the TWW with me! I am 3dpiui. How are you feeling? How were the injectables? If this cycle doesn't work, we are considering being more aggresive (aggressive) next cycle. I took the injectables for a week. I was monitored every two days. To be honest the injectables did hurt me a little after doing it. It made me a bloated. Now I'm doing the progestrone shots everynight and it can be a bit messy.

Thank you for sharing that information with me. I am torn between trying injectables to increase the amount of follicles for a 3rd IUI or just moving straight to IVF. I am hoping this cycle takes, and I wont have to make that decision!

I am in my TWW. I had my second IUI last Friday. This round I had 2 days of Follistim because apparently I had already started the process on my own. We were shocked! Hubby had 18 million with 85% motility this time. Last time he had high motility but count was only 4 million. Between last IUI and this IUI he has been taking multivitamin plus zinc which my RE recommended. 2 days before my IUI, I had my ultrasound and blood work and according to my RE, I was already starting the ovulation process. We did an HCG shot at my RE's office prior to the procedure. I have PCOS. This is my second marriage. My hubby doesn't have any children and really wants a child. I am hoping this second IUI gives us the BFP we are hoping for. My doctor thinks things looked really good this round. He said I had a great response to the Follistim. I had several small follicles on both sides, but had one really big one that he monitored. I am crossing fingers! Does anyone know how early after the IUI I should feel any symptoms, and what symptoms would be more common? The one thing I definitely noticed that when he said I was ovulating, I was feeling sharp twingy pains in the left side. I didn't feel this last time.

I had 2 mature folic 19mm on left side.
DH count was 5ml.
Hope this is our month.

Today m 12 day post iui. having light headache since past 2 days.
Generally I have headache when AF to come but this time it feels different. headache comes and goes.

hoping to get bfp this time.

I am not able to decide when should i test as i m afraid of BFN.

I am also having AF symptomps like vaginal discharge very light of white cream.

anybody has any idea?

my wait ended with af arrived last night (12 dpiui), it was pink in color just line so was having hope that its implantation bleed however today morning all my hopes over :(:( better luck next time.

anyone going through 2ww right now?  I actually got my IUI on 3/7 with the trigger shot on 3/5 - BUT I had to travel to Brazil for work, so now I'm just waiting - right now it's 15 dp IUI and 17 dp trigger.  I don't know if not having an AF so far is a good thing?  Part of me wonders if the trigger shot has ever not worked for someone...

It's been a killer for me to wait and not do a single test the entire time.  Promised my husband I would wait until I got home (which would be 26 dp IUI) if I didn't have a period while here.  Really hoping I don't get one because I'm going to feel extremely alone if it does happen.

Good luck to anyone else in the 2ww!  I guess mine is more like a 4ww....  and I'm already into week 3.
