Low Progesterone Levels in 6th week of Pregnancy

I just confirmed my pregnancy on Day 35.   It is Day 39 now and my progesterone levels have started out at 18 and now it is 15.    My HCG levels are normal.  Should I be very worried about a Miscarriage?  This is my first pregnancy and it has happened after more than a year of trying. I underwent fertility treatment (150mg of Clomid + HCG Injections for ovulation..) for PCOS for the last 4-5 months and I have been taking vaginal progesterone suppositories (50 mg a day) since 3 days after ovulation.

Despite the suppositories, what is happening to me? Please advise.

Thanks for your responses.  My HCG level is 45K+.   My MD has asked me to double my Progesterone dose to  2X 100MG daily.   I have a first U/S on Wednesday - Day 45.  Am not sure what to expect.

Ask your MD if you can increase the amt and times per day, you use progesterone suppositories. I take 200 mg 2x/day. At one time, it was recommended that I take it 3x/day.   I think there may even be injections but I am not 100% sure.

My Dr told me that your progesterone can fluctuate. She said some textbooks say >10 is compatible with a healthy pregnancy. I would double check w/ your doc if you havent already tho.

Sorry, I don't have any knowledge on progesterone.  Would you tell me what your hcg level was?  Just curious.
