Low Sperm Motility

I've posted similar topic before, but I have a question for y'all.
My husband's sperm count is considered normal, but his motility is low.  Only 19% progressive, 13% non-progressive and 68% immotile.  This means that there is only a 20% chance of us conceiving.  I'm wondering what a "normal" motility count of progressive sperm is.  Does anybody have results from their husbands?  Just curious!

To be very frank its not about medicine its all about your husband's diet to increase his sperm you should suggest him to increase Zinc into his diet....and can get Multivitamins as well to increase his sperm count.
Hope i answered.

Normal motility is considered anything greater than 30%.  An excellent sample has between 70-85% motility. At 19% motility, I would first try IUI. You want to give those 19% the best chance to reach their target.  If that doesn't work after a few cycles, ICSI would be your next option.

Also, was your husband taking any medications or did he have any recent illnesses prior to giving the sample for the SA?  Was it a completely clean collection, or was some specimen lost during collection? Sometimes these external factors can have a negative impact on concentration and motility.
