Low estrogen after embryo transfer????

I am new to this site and have a question.... This is my 1st IVF cycle and I am 5 days past embryo (blastocyst)transfer. I had blood work at my RE this morning to check my progesterone and estrogen levels. Nurse called this afternoon to let me know my progesterone was fine but my estrogen level was low and they wanted me to start estrace 4mg daily. My nurse blew it off like it was no big deal. BUT I am freaking out. I am so scared that this low estrogen level has affected implantation, etc..... Has anyone else ever had to start estrogen replacement several days past transfer??? What was your outcome????

Hi:)  Yes, I was tested for estrogen and progesterone level 5 or 6 days after a 5 day transfer and my estrogen was eighty something and they want it to be 100 or above so they had me take two estradiol pills a day...I don't know how many mg.  They did not seem concerned and they told me that it does not mean that I could not be pregnant or get pregnant.  Of course I was freaking out since I knew it was a bad sign since I had three transferred.  Unfortunately there is not a happy ending to this story...I did not get pregnant.  Do you know what your estrogen level was?
