Low estrogen levels

I am going on 24 on the 16th of this month. I just recently found out that I have low estrogen levels. I also have endometriosis. I looked up something and it said that estrogen replacement is not the best thing with endometriosis. My soon to be husband and I are trying for another baby but if estrogen levels are low I know that can cause a bigger issue on being able to conceive. And I don't want to go back onto birth control due to the fact that we're trying for another. Do you know of any possible medications that I would be able to ask my Gyno?

Do you mean low day 3 estrogen levels?  My RE says lower is better for day 3 estrogen levels...

No I have low estrogen levels for the past few months. My doctor did a test to see if I'm in premenapause. I'm very close to being in it. I haven't had a period in 3 almost 4 months. Last yeah I went almost 6 months without a period. I have endometriosis. Trying for another baby. No luck. It's been almost a year since we started trying. I've been having some crazy hot flashes since I got pregnant with my son and they never went away. If my estrogen levels gets too low, I will definitely be in premenapause and I'm definitely too young. I'm only going on 24 years old.
