Low sperm count rookie IUI'r

Had IUI done 12/31/09 slight cramping, tired, gassy and feeling a little sick. Is it too early for Pregnancy signs? My husband has extremely low sperm count if this doesn't work, do we continue with IUI or move on to IVF?

I had my 1st IUI done then too.  I had an ovidrel trigger shot on tuesday 2 days before (at night).  My DH also has a low sperm count and low motility.  I am also having cramping, gas, tiredness and a little sick feeling along with very sore nipples.  I am not sure if this is normal or if it means good things are coming-----I am trying to put off testing until I go for bloodwork on the 14.

Good luck and lots of baby dust to you!!!!

Hi there,

Im not sure i can help you, i think the best thing to do is try keep yourself busy until its the right time to test!!!! Its bummer having to wait isnt it.

It would be nice to hear how you get on as my partner also has a really low sperm count.  He has his first appointment with a specialist in February so it would be good to hear how you get on and if you could let me know how long it took from your husbands diagnosis to actually starting your IUI also if you dont mind me asking how low was your husbands count?

Thanks in advance i wish you all the best of luck i hope you receive good news.
