Luteum Cysts-ever had one?

I have missed my period now by 3 days...Im usually 28-32 days and last friday was 32...so i know something is up...ive kind of given up on the notion that i am prego bc ive taken a few tests and all negative...the only thing that is odd, is my bbt has remained higher,,,,so I read this tonight

Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Any more info you have would be great...I dont know if I need to go to the doctor or wait another week? or what to do?
