Yes, thanks for remembering. I'm pregnant. HCG 270, progesterone 28. I really cannot believe that it actually worked! Hopefully everything will keep progressing. I will have more blood work on Wednesday.
Hooray! I knew it! Congratulations! Your numbers look great.
I did have my second level drawn today. HCG more than doubled-went from 44 to 120. So far so good. Progesterone over 40. I'll have another draw on Monday, but at least I can breathe for the weekend. I'm like you, I can't believe it worked, especially since I still have NO symptoms. Maybe I'll just be one of the lucky ones.
Happy 9 months!
I meant to write back on the other message regarding children but got busy with other things...like sleeping and eating, ha, ha. Anyway, I do have 1 daughter who's in college and I hope this baby is a boy! Those teenage years with a girl were brutal! Girls are sooooo emotional, ha, ha. Are you also taking the progesterone shots and or Estridial?
, and the prenatal vitamin of course. I can't wait for the injections to end!! Thank goodness my husband gives the injections because I preferred NOT to do it myself. The lupron shots were easy but looking at that big needle makes me want to faint, ha, ha. I had a friend who gave birth last year with donated eggs and she had to do all the injections herself...brave women. :-) Right now I'm on Family
Medical Leave because the doctor felt I shouldn't be flying during the first trimester. So, I'm home taking it easy and trying to organize paperwork and things around the house. My husband works from home, so it's kinda weird me being here all the time but kinda nice. This must be what retirement must be like, ha, ha.
So when do these injections end? LOL I, too, am taking progesterone shots once a day (1cc) and estradiol, 2 tabs a day (which is NOT taken orally LOL). Plus he also had me doing Prometrium, also 2x a day, just like estradiol.
My hubby gives me the progesterone shots. I'm not fond of needles. My doc prescribed a smaller needle so they're much easier to handle.
