Congrats on twins!
I posted yesterday but maybe you can answer. What were your hcg levels like? Mine are more than quadrupling every 2-3 days so my dr. told me she suspects twins. I have to wait until Monday for a u/s but am curious what your numbers have looked like.

I went to the dr. on Tuesday, 1/2 and hcg was 355. I went back to the dr. on Friday, 1/5 (this was 5 days before my period was even due) and hcg was 1478 (a little on the high side but nothing abnormal). I went back to the dr. on Tuesday, 1/9 and hcg is over 10,000 now.

WOW...your numbers are really high!  Way higher than mine are...mine were only 3,500 (which is still on the high side) last monday (4w5d)...I got more blood work done this morning because i was spotting...so i'm keeping my fingers crossed!  good luck to you!

Your numbers are super high.  Mine went as followed

Beta #1:  811 (4w4d or 18dpo)
Beta #2:  1915 (4w6d; 2 days after first)
Beta #3:  4835 (5w3d; 4 days after sec.)

I was told with the results of my 3rd beta that it could be twins.  My RE has been super paranoid about multiples with me, so I honestly thought this was one of those times.  Plus, it doesn't always mean multiples with high numbers.  Best way to know is by u/s!
