Male infertility

We have a case of infertility concerning my sister's husband, and just wondering if there is any treatment for the
case and looking for any advise us on what to do or if there is any hope. The male affected is my sister's husband and they reside in Jerusalem/Palestine, the diagnosis is as follows: Maturation arrest of SPERMATOGENSIS up to  the stage of SPERMATIDS. (Very rare SPERMATIDS).

That was the microscopic examination result for both right and left testicles. We are looking for advise on: if this case has any treatment available, and where it is, and if there is any hope for my sister and her husband to have a child. I would greatly appreciate your response to this inquiry and your recommendation if there is anything that could be done?

Unfortunately, I'm not exactly sure what this means...but I would suggest that your sister and her husband set up a follow-up appointment with the doctor who did the test. He or she should be able to explain what the results mean and also suggest any treatments. I wish them best of luck! Hopefully, they'll be able to start their family very soon!

you could try google.  I have never heard of it either.  Good luck to her.
