Male infertility

My husband and I are trying to have a baby and we found out two years ago my husband has a fertility issue..He has gone through so many sperm analysis, which shows that he has a very low sperm count, very low motility, verly low viability and  extremely low (0% normal) morphology.. He has also gone through the Varicose vein repair last year October 2007 but it seems that the surgery will not help.. Will we be able to have a child naturally? Do you think the surgery (varicose vein repair) would work?

I'm a little confused. Did your DH have the surgery? I know the surgery works for some people. My DH also has a varicocele. He hasn't had the surgery though. Were suppose to do our first IUI this month. Good luck

Have you met with an RE?  My DH has a low count due to a medical issue when he was a child - no surgery to help.  We are going forward with IVF with ICSI (god willing) in November . .  TMI, but our September attempt was cancelled due to my reaction to the drugs.
