Massages TWW after IVF is it ok?

I am trying to find more information as to whether it is ok to get a relaxing body massage or have reflexology during the two week wait after transfer for ivf.. Chinese medicine they say to wait, however, if i'm not exercising my body becomes stiff so the massages help to relax me, i am planning on doing very gentle stretching and walking after the first week of transfer (implantation)
