Medrol before 5 day blast transfer

I was prescribed 3 tablets Medrol to start the day of our egg donor's retrieval.  At the time we though it would probably be a 3 day transfer, but since it is 5,is there a concern it won't be in my system when the transfer occurs.  I called my clinic and couldn't speak to the doctor but  a nurse (who didnt seem to know much, just read from a description of the drug) said it didn't matter.  I want confirmation. Anyone had just 3 tabs medrol with a 5 day transfer?
