Menopur for Egg Quality?

Hi Everyone...my RE prescribed Menopur as part of my protocol. I had my egg retrieval yesterday (10/23) and got 13 eggs. Just received a call that only 5 fertilized. My transfer is scheduled for day three (10/26). Has anyone found Menopur to be helpful for improving egg quality?

Sorry dont have an answer to your question but iv too been prescribed menopur 300iu (4vials 2waters) and im taking buserilin 25ml aswell im on day 5 of menopur and day 12 of buserilin, I go for my bloods tomorrow and scan thurs to see how many potential eggys we have :-) super excited!!

5 eggs are great (maybe not a huge amount!) but still 5, i hope i get that many, do you know how many your having put back??

Thanks so much for your reply! When we arrived for our transfer they informed us that onle one embryo was good quality. We had 3 transferred but 2 were considered poor quality. But, I guess it only takes one good egg so we'll see! I have my beta test on 11/8. I've been cheating and taking HPT's which keep coming back negative. We'll see...
How were your blood tests and scans? Are you happy with the amount of follicles?
