Miscarriage?

Does this sound like a possibility of a miscarriage?
So I was 15 days late of my period. I had taken 9 tests all negative! I started my period just this morning like an hour after my boyfriend left to work. Keep in mind I was 15 DAYS LATE. Anyway, an hour or two passed of being on my period and out of no where I get these really really really bad cramps, aches, and lower back pain. So bad I started crying and tearing up. It's been like that for about 3 hours now. And just a bit ago I threw up out of no where. And now the cramps are just coming every  2-3 minutes.  Is it possible I could've been pregnant  but I miscarried,  and that's why all tests were negative?

I had a miscarriage a couple months ago, without any positive tests. Sounds like the sane thing that happened to me ! Though you should be fine, just look for a weird thing in the toilet

I'm not bleeding anymore I just have symptoms of pregnancy, basically the same way I thought I was pregnant before and the test said no but I end up having a MC....I'm worried I might be pregnant again and it's just not showing on the test and I don't want to go without the proper care and have another MC I am a diabetic and I don't know if that might be a reason for the test results being inaccurate

I would suggest if you're hurting that bad to go to hospital. Is your bleeding bad? I never had one but my sister-in-law did.
