Missing Period...

Hi....

I am mother of 1.2 year old Baby girl....We are using condom for prevent pregnancy..But wear condom only jus before ejculation..My time interval between periods is aorund 25-26 days....My Last period was on 15 january...But my period is not started yet. I buy a Home Pregnancy test kit and check the position(Chkd on 27th day after from previous period)..But Result was negative...Now it is passed 28 days..But period is not started yet..I m confused.. Now i m taking medicine for cold and fever...Is it reason for delaying period..? Any chance for getting pregnant? Can we belive the result by using prehnancy tst kit...? Expecting ur favourable reply

Hi bulla,

Are your cycles normally 28 days or less? If so, you might have just ovulated a little later this month, and that could be why your period is late. However, there is a slight chance that you could be pregnant, especially if you only use the condom right before ejaculation. Plus there's always a chance that the condom failed.

As for whether or not you can trust the pregnancy test, it might be too early for an accurate result. I would wait a few more days if I were you and then if still no period, test again.
