My last couple of AFs have been really heavy and lasted a long time like from 7 or 8 days ,Dont u think something could be wrong or is it normal to have pretty heavy flows sometimes...oh yeah Im not takeing any kind of meds just ttc with out them right now...Thanks!
I had a very heavy, longer flow my last cycle. It was a "hold" cycle for us-we weren't allowed to ttc because I had developed several cysts from Clomid. I assumed the heavy flow was due to the cysts somehow. Maybe you had some? Do you get ultrasound checks?
I think it's normal to have a heavier or lighter flow every now and then. When I was a teenager and well into my twenties my AF was so heavy that I barely wanted to leave the house the first couple of days.
Oh gosh, I'm a lil' worried now. My af is always pretty light. I can go hours before I have to change my tampon. And they don't last long either..maybe 3 days...Is that something I should worry about? It was the same way when I was on the pill..
I found it strange that my AF was heavier when I was ON the pill. When I got off the pill they went to very light and only lasting 2-3 days. They've returned to heavy the past few cycles but they're still only about 3 days. I was still ovulating the whole time off the pill with the light bleeding because I was OPKing and charting and I always saw +OPK's and definitely biphasic pattterns. So don't worry about if you're light, everybody is different. If you look on FF you will see some women with annovulatory cycles that bleed light and some that bleed heavy.
is there any difference between having heavy or light periods when ttc??? b4 my m/c my period were heavy for the first 3 days, but since my m/c i either miss a month or my cycle are very light.even now with the meds its still light. my first cycle was pretty heavy to do provera. 2nd cycle on meds af was light. i am just confused. can i still get pregnant having light cycles??? i think i should start bbt!
