My wife fertility

This is regarding my wife pregnancy. We were trying last one year. We were consulting with doctor last four months.
First our medicinor said she is having tyroid, but it is in stsrting period. it will be cure to taking 100 tablets. Then we took the Scan for testing the Uterus, in that they identified she is having the cists in her Uterus, for that also she was taken the tablets. Then last two months we are taking 12th day scans that is Follicle study i.e 12,14,16,18 accordingly. Then the doctor says now the follicle status is good, you can try you may get the chance like that, as per her suggetion we are trying now.

Now i need to know some clary,

1) Is it the big issue 'follicle problem'?
2) How many months it take to comes normal level ? (now her follicle size is 18-20)
3) How long it will take for getting pregnancy?

Pls tell your suggetion openy, because we dont have any problem to taking any issue. Because we both are very understandable.

Well ur wife got treated for thyroid and her follicle is above 18mm,,thats fabulous,,need not bother about all other hormones,,a follilcle must be above 18 to be qualified as mature one,,she is good,,,Try as ur DR say, she will get pregnant soon,,,Good luck,,
