My wife is Nausea four days after a frozen embryo transfer... Does that mean anything?

We transferred three 6 day blastocysts on Friday. One of the blastocysts was already hatching. My wife has felt dull cramps on Sunday, but this morning she needed to eat something to curb her nausea. Is this a positive sign? Is it possible that she could be nausea this early? Has anyone been success with a frozen? If so what symptoms did they feel four days after the transfer?

FYI the embryologist said that the embryo would implant on Sunday if it was successful.

Nausea or any pregnancy symptoms "usually" begin right after implantation.  However, you can have nausea from some of the medications taken for the procedure.  So if your doctor said the baby could implant by Sunday then I'd say it sounds like good timing to me!!

I have had nausea early and then gone on to miscarry - so I knew I was preggo right away - not sure how early

but I agree with others - could be meds too

with three 6 day blasts your chances of pregnancy are pretty darn high
if three implanted that could make your wife pretty sick too!
