Even if you have no sperm in your ejaculate you may be making some and they are in your tissues.  You need to find a urologist specializing in male infertility.  They should measure your FSH levels among other things, which gives them an idication of your sperm production.  They can do a surgery in which they open up the testicle and remove the fatty tissue that produces sperm and they may be able to find a few.  If none are found, then your option is to use a donor.

Kunco - we are in same spot with the undescended testis and are in first IVF cycle with ICSI.  Have you had any sperm analysis yet?  Even with very low numbers, this might be an option.  We had egg retrieval today and then will find out tomorrow the initial fertilization...  wish us luck and same to you.

You need a baby, or you want a baby? I would suggest you post this on the urology forum and direct it to a doctor.
