Need help on HCG ?

I Had an HCG shot on 7/7/08 and an IUI 30 hours later had 2 eggs thanks to clomid, and took and early preg test today and it was positive, is that due to the HCG shot or could I be PG? Thanks for the help I must know!

It could really be the shot, but wait about 4 more days and then take another HPT. Hopefully you get you BFP!!! Good luck and hugs :)

I agree with Nikki
Test again after a couple of days to ensure that it wasn't the trigger. The other option is to test again tomorrow with FMU and day after .. if the tests keep getting darker.. u r in for a BFP.. if lighter.. its the trigger.

I had my hcg shot on the 6th, and iui on the 8th (36 hours later). Usually my tests will be positive until about 10 dpo/iui, and it's from the shot. I think it's too early for it to be a true positive, but like dnikki said, wait a few more days and test and see what it says. I'm 6dpo/iui today, and there's no way i'd think about taking a test. It's too early! :) So, if you're a day or so after me, just wait it out, and don't get your heart set on what that test said, ok? Good luck!
