Need some encouragement

I was just wondering if anyone has  any success stories after miscarriage with D&C. DH and I have been trying for a year to have a baby. In July I found out that I was  finally pregnant. My sister in law also got pregnant and we were due 2 days apart(they tried one month and are not ready at all). In Sept went to doc only to find that our baby had no heartbeat and stopped growing at 10 wks. Doc said it was chromosomal. Very upset and having hard time being excited about new nephew coming without thinking about my loss(how selfish of me). I'm 24 and just don't understand how come I don't get pregnant easily.  I just need some encouragement that it will happen again and be ok.

I am soo sorry for your loss! This is a great place to be...as many people here have had pregnancies after a miscarriage (and D&C)...and it's not selfish of you....only human to mourn for you loss. I wish you luck in the future.

So sorry to hear this. Keep your chin up and remind yourself that miscarriages are much more frequent than the world lets on - I have heard they are as common as 1 in 4 pregnancies. Thankfully, you are very young and have a long reproductive life ahead of you.

I had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks and a D&C (when I went for scan at 16 weeks the baby ha died weeks before) when I was 17 years old. I'm now 30 years old and have 4 gorgeous daughters ages 11, 9 , 7 and 2 all carried to full term and have just had another missed miscarriage (7 1/2 weeks gest) and D&C. In my eyes , having one miscarriage doesn't necessarily mean you'll have lots of miscarriages one on top of the other, it's just natures way of saying that at that time it wasn't right (for whatever reason). i had a misscarage 7 months ago and im still not pregnant what could it be, is it anything to worry about it just seems like its taking to long to get pregnant again, i was only 2 months gone when i lost it but what should i do could i fall pregnant naturally again????
