Need to vent About my OBGYN!!!!! What should i do?

Hello to all

This the weirdest situation of all my life. On jan 20th i found out i had an ovarian cysts right, my ob send me to have bloodwrk done and a test called ca 125 and also placed me on bcps for 3 months no question ask and no discussions. So i purchased the pills, had bloodwrk drawn and started taken them and all. Everyday i would have horrible headaches, nauseated and would not sleep all night; so i went back to see her with the results yeserday and my situation with the side effects and looked at the CA 125 and immediately said  that she thinks i have severe Endometriosis. I was crying because i know that its very hard to get pregnant and you have to go through alot and she gaved me progesterone pills to take for 3 months and come back after that. I really didn't want to do this so this morning i went to visit an old OB and she looked had an u/s and said that i don't have no cyst and she thinks that i am about to go through ovulation because she can see my left ovary has the little follicles in it but not quite yet.so i really wanted to kill her; my new ob has ordered the same test and wait to see if the results come back ok or not. But one of my qustion is how long do i need to be off the pills before i O'ed and also do i have a chance for this moth. i am using opk's and just hoping cause she might of screwed me up with the pills. Thank you for any responses and goodluck and SSBD to all

This is kind of tricky because you have two opposing opinions from different docotors.  If  your insurance covers it, I would see and RE.  They specialized in reproduction, and would be able to diagnose the problem correctly.

Although you may have symptoms of Endo, the only way to accurate diagnose it is by having a laparoscopy.  My RE thought I had Endo as well and initially wanted to put me on Lupron.  I opted for a laparoscopy and it turned out, I didn't have Endo, but a lot scar tissue.  I was very happy that I went this route.

If you are trying to have children, I would highly recommend you find a good RE, not to say one of your OBGYN is incorrect, but to limit the confusion.
