Neg hpt but still no af..?

When i first started clomid i had to take provera each month to get af, but for the past 2 months ive gotten it without the help of provera. last month i ovulated for the first time but still got my period on my own. This month I got a - on the opk and still no af!! i am now on cd40 and took a hpt this morning and it was negative. Has anyone every gotten pregnant but still had a negative hpt?

Yeah, I was late a week and I took a test and came back negative, I was late 2 weeks took another test and nothing, 2 1/2 weeks late and yet negative. When I went to my gynecologist and told her I was not pregnant she forced me to go pee and take another test. I had then been 3 weeks late and wouldn't you know it :o) It came back positive. My friend from work was a month late and getting negative results and she was taking weekly tests. When she went to the clinic and took a blood test it came back positive. Wait and see if you're late and check every week.  :o) Good luck!

I was taking tests every like 3 days and all negative but i went for bloodwork monday and the results were negative:(... hopefully next month though, keeping my fingers crossed!
