New to this....

I am 29 years old and have been ttc for about a year now.  I have never had regular periods, except when on bcp.  So since off the pill, I have been really off the charts.  70+ cycle day lengths!!  I had taken 2 doses of Provera to jump start my period.  They both worked great.  Then this cycle, I took the Provera and am 14 days out since taking the last pill and still no AF.  Any thoughts?  I have been prescribed the Clomid to start on day 3, but can't seem to get AF.  
Also was curious about any side effects of the clomid?
I am very anxious and confused as I am new to all of this and trying to learn as much as possible.

Have you taken a pregnancy test?  I know some women who have taken provera, nothing happened, and later found out they were pregnant.  Also, do you chart ovulation?  This could help you time sex perfectly.  Check out fertilityfriend.com.  They have tons of info on ovulation and charting.  Good luck!

Thanks for the website.  I will definitely check it out.  I would love nothing more than to be pregnant, but have read many things that say that provera could cause birth defects if taken in first 4 months of pregnancy.  Do you know if this is a big risk?
