No AF after Methotrexate shot???

I had the methotrexate shot on Nov 9th and have not had a period yet???  I felt like I ovulated by going with the ovulation pain that I normally get midcycle but still no af.  I have taken 4 hpt's and all bfn.  which on one hand is good, we really werent trying to get it this month.  but ....if i am not prego...why no af???  has anyone else had the shot and when did your period return to normal??

what are you on methotrexate for??  you should probably discuss this w/ your dr.  :)

I've been on methotrexeate from i was 8years and imnow 17.. i was never told that it can cause infertility....

is there any other tablets that i can choose from?!

I have to get the bar in on Monday because my mammy's afriad if i get pregnant ill kill my baby!!!

I've been crying non-stop about this.. how can i find out my fertility levels?

I do not think you have still HCG in your body.) is very very low.
You might want to contact your dr about AF though.
It should have show already.

the last i new my hcg was at 9 and my dr said it wasnt necessary to get another test.  Do you really think it still might be hanging around.  I believe that 9 was almost 2 weeks ago.  And I swear I ovulated because of my ovarian pain.  Maybe it was just stuff coming out of the tubes???  Can we feel stuff like that?

You may want to have your dr run a quantative beta. Even though an hpt is showing bfn, you still may have enough hcg to hold af off. I hate to say it, but sometimes it takes more than one shot. Hopefully, not the case with you, though.  :)

I had mine on that same day. I have not had AF either..but dr. said it would be about 1-2 cycles before everything is normal again.

what was the provera shot for and when did you take it?

I did not have that shot, but I took the Provera pill and still haven't gotten AF. I feel your pain! I wish I could offer some advice.
