No Egg White CM?

Ok I am pretty sure I ovulated this month since i had all the signs. Positve OPK, very wet CM, pain etc. The only thing I did not see was egg white stretchy CM. Has anyone else experienced this and was still able to conceive? I'm only concerned because everything I read says you will see the egg white CM when u ovulate, being I didn't see it I don't know if somethings up? I did notice the consistency changed from cream colored and thick to very watery. Can you still conceive if you don't have egg white CM??? Will the watery CM suffice?

Yes, i never see that egg white CM but have been preg twice, the only way I know I'm ovulating is the smiley face I get from the OPK.,good luck.  I'm waitin to ovulate now myself, haven't had a cycle since miscarriage its been10 wkd today, just finished provera still waiting.

thanks! that is good to hear :) those tests are nerve racking i tested for seven days and no smiley face, after those were gone I bought the strips and the test that night turned positive. I was begining to think I didnt ovulate - but I guess since I saw a dark line it means I do. When I didnt see the egg white CM i thought the test was wrong or something!
