No follies on CD14 on injectibles, what happened?

I had no measurable follies after 11 days of stims (low dose repronex). The doc kept the dose really low for fear of overstim and this cycle was right after 2 rounds of clomid. E2- 600.

My lining was only 4mm and leaking. There were some measurable follies on CD10 (but lesst han 12mm), I thought, but they were not there on CD14. There were lOTS of little ones.

Anyway, decided to stop taking the meds, mainly because of the lining. Do you guys agree with this or do you think the cycle could have been saved? I am mentally burnt out so need to stop I think, doc said keep going.

Anyone have experience like this? I usually respond well to the clomid and lining is usually around 8-10. Could the residual clomid in my system be messing up my response to the repronex this cycle?

I just have no idea why there was nothing there. Just lots of little ones.

I'm scared what will happen now and I want to wait and see if I O on my own and try on our own with this cycle. But i have no idea what will happen.

I'm so confused. Any input?

ITA- I think you are right. There was fluid behind my uterus on CD14 and I looked that up and found out that might be follicular fluid from a ruptured follicle.

The weird thing is, on CD16, i had a very normal ovulation. All the signs were normal, O pain, temp shift, EWCM, LH surge, everything. So, if that appt had never happened, I would never have known anything was wrong and I'd be excited in the TWW right now.

So, I might have popped follies on both sides or just been dropping eggs all over the place. WHo knows.

I am still praying for a freaky miracle that the midwife was wrong and that a hidden follie was there on my right that released last night. My E2 indicates there was some sort of follie in there.

I'm hoping the lining will grow during the TWW and I still have a chance, I know it's slim, but I hate to give up hope all together.

Either way, I cancelled this cycle with the RE and I have an appt in a few weeks to talk about it.

I'm doing a non-medicated cycle next to clear out my system. My poor ovaries are tired!

Then after that, I am going full speed ahead, with lupron, repronex, IUI. No more messing around.

Thanks for you replies. You are pretty smart to figure that out. I'm constantly impressed how smart we women are about this stuff.

Do you think its possible that you Od earlier?  I know that I use to O on CD14 like clockwork, & since my DnC I O between CD11-12.  I know that a few months ago I had an US on the morning of CD12 & I had barely O'd  The RE found a bunch of small follies & my lining was over 11 & my progesterone was @ 2   He said it barely had happened like hours before I came in.
I bet thats what happened.  Did they offer you a progesterone level?

I don't really have any input - sorry.  This was my first round of full injectables (Menopur) and I only had one follie.  My lining is always good when I am on Femara or injectables (I did a mix last month).  I have only done one IUI on clomid, and the lining was ok.  I think I ovulated on CD16 that time around.

Maybe the clomid is still messing with your lining.  I wonder why your E2 was so high?  On CD 8 mine was only 96...and they didn't up me.  They said anything over 300 would be cause for over stimulation?  I don't know much about that.

What are his plans now?  Is there a chance you might ovulate on your own?
