No periods? Ever?

Okay, so...I had my first period shortly after my very first sexual experience when I was 15. I know this because I bled around the same time the month after. And then the month after that. Then suddenly it stopped. Completely! It's been 5 years now since I've menstruated and every person I tell this to says the same thing "You should be happy!" or "You're so lucky!". It's really terrifying me because I'd like to know if I will be able to have a baby in the near future. I last had a check-up with my doctor when I was 17 and she said everything was fine. I've asked my friend who has been a nurse for several years and she told me that it is due to a hormonal imbalance ( since I also have facial hair and acne ). I can't really be sure what is going on and what I can do to fix everything! I've even heard that it could also be tied in with my skin condition that may be "Hydrodenitis Supprativa" in my previous post. Someone please help!

You should definitely be seeing your Dr about this. There is different reasons that you may have no periods and facial hair such as PCOS. A dr will need to do some testing and it may be a good idea to get this done now so when you do decide it is time to have children you know what you are working with.
