No tubes

I’m a healthy 26yr old African American, that had two fail ivf and my hd  which is white we are getting ready to start our third ivf, I had both of my tubes remove, they were so very damage. Do you think this might increase our chances of ivf? I’m healthy and I respond very well to the medicine, and my embryos are always prefect,  .I’m young. I don’t drink nor smoke, and I'm not over weight. I only weight 130 really don’t know y it’s not working? My oavries are great and my uterus is great as well. Sometimes I get sharp pain in my vagina,  my dr says it might be scar tissue . My Dr say that I'm good to go. I got pregnant last year, but it ended up a tubal and that was my 1st ever to get pregnant.  I just got my tubes removed in June What else can be check.Can you please help me on this.

If you tubes were damaged and not functional, I think it is good that you had them removed.  Good luck with your next IVF, I think your chances are really good..
