Not ovulating and low motility

Hello everybody, I'm 27, bd is 28. Been trying to conceive for last 13 months, no luck. So went to the doctors to get checked out, turns out I'm not ovulating (3x tests done for prestrogen  on day 21 resulted in 7 and a 1 and a 24. Non have reached the golden number 30, also found out bd has a good amount of sperms (138 million) but low motility and morphology. We have our appointment with the fertility specialist this march, what would happen from here? Thank you, baby dust to all xxx
