How does one deal with low sperm count? more specifically i want to know how confidence gets affected by the knowledge of having this disorder?

My DH has a very low sperm count.  Although I think it bothers him as the reason we have had trouble conceiving, I think we both know it is just what it is.  There are ways to work around the issue (ivf w/ icsi) so I think we have came to terms with it and moved on. Good luck!
